Hi
First time ever seeing grass and an appealing side walk in Nigerian property videos. It always looks like a construction site. Great job
Ain't no way I'm paying 600m for a 4 bedroom
@okaforco : no you cant afford that amount
@@philipbanda6637how do u know
@@philipbanda6637😂😂
@@philipbanda66374 bedroom for 600m is too much.

What is the opportunity cost of investing $857,200 in a home in lagos and investing same amount anywhere in US, Canada or The UK. The Nigerian real estate market need to be realistic with their outrageous prices!
They are built with concrete in Nigeria and not cheap wood that rots very often
I agree. It's not worth it. The Nigerian economy is very bad and the Naria keeps going down. In the UK, with that money, one can get a property in a prime location wait a few years and sell at a profit or get several properties on mortgages, put tenants in them and let them pay for themselves. In the video, look at the surrounding; it looks unkempt. Also you have to sort out your own electricity, drinking water, sewage etc.. Not a wise investment.
Beautric! This home is one fantastic place to dream big ❤❤❤, God please make a way for me and my daughter to own such a beautiful home very soon 🎉🙏🏽
Best way is buying your land and build yourself to avoid overpriced and save some cost to buy the new 2023 brand new Range Rover sport.
yes. that is the common sense way unless they are going to steal the money from the Nigerian Resources
I Bought 6 Plots Of Land In The Upcoming Okun Ajah And Okun Mopo. I am going to start building my own multi rentals property to come back to when I retired from USA in 5 years time. I have fenced the 6 Plots Of Land. By the time I finish building as many apartments that can fit into the 6 Plots Of Lands. The whole area will be so expensive. I can just move back to Nigeria and lay back to be enjoying my retirement. I also have one plot of land in Okun Mopo facing the Beach 🏖 that will be my 3 levels house that will be my own personal residence with balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean.
Beautiful home, but definitely overpriced for N600m.
Those are the making Nigeria hard. Just one deal they want overtake Dangote
Absolutely love it! 😩❤️❤️❤️
Confidence looking glam and beautiful as usual! Also great presentation as always! Beautiful home, although if I could afford this, I would definitely change a few things.
Thank you 😊
Madam Confidance Aesthetic Living. Marvelous Building Showcase. Beautiful beautiful
It's very beautiful. Its space is well utilized. The interior decorators really did a good job; I wonder where they got those clocks from. My favourite part of the house is the master bedroom's balcony. Imagine sitting with your Mona Lisa in a place like that. Nonetheless, I feel a mini cinema would have been a perfect icing on the cake.
Thumbs up to the creative decorators. Thank you, Eden Oasis for this video. It has been very insightful.✨
Thanks for your feedback.
@@edenoasis are you ignoring other feedbacks that talks about the inflated price? It’s a well designed house but still not worth that price.
It's so cheap and has all that meeeen😮
Beautiful design
Nice crib.....I love ur videos..nice house
My first time here,I love it cameras and the way the intro went on,no waste of time...am a fan now and am definitely subscribing...
Thank you 🙏🏾
Love the home really nice
Well. I think the city and the location where the house is located is what gives this house the largest value that made it expensive. I can see that. The same house in a ghetto won't be valued at that price obviously. So people should understand that aspect too. Other factors may be exclusivity, security or privacy. Class of neighbours you will be living with, access or proximity to some important places also counts. All I can say is rich people see beyond the house itself.
Beautiful opportunity
It is very nice I like it
Nice house, with greenery outside, which is rare Nigeria. Nigerian kitchens are usually underwhelming, but this one tried.
Rare in Lagos. Abuja estates are adorned with lot of greens
What a beautiful house
luxury follows luxury, for the price its cool.
Yeah,u re indeed the finest n realest real estate person....u re good at what u do
Thank you.
Super💐💐💐💐💐💐💐
Confidence gives me some NSPPD vibes when she says you can use the family lounge for prayer time😂🔥
Lovely 😍

Very beautiful house. Nice video eden
Thank you 😊
I would love to see homes with an afrocentric interior.
Good job
Absolutetly stunning👌🏾 but 🗣 OVERPRICED !! , 😮
Please how much without furnishing??😊
Great deal 👍👌
👍🏾
Nice house!!! Omo waiting happen the house is too expensive more than the house in US and UK
Love it too
😍
😍
For that price…absolutely not 😂. It’s beautiful though
It cost 400k to build and sell for 800k great deal
This house is very beautiful but is too expensive now Aba
Nice presentation as always, Confidence.
Thank you 🙏🏾
Great video! I like your way of showing properties! Very nice music! What is this music?
Thank you
@@ConfidenceA I really liked the music in this video as well. Can you tell me what is this music please ?
I'm from Ghana ,if you people are saying it overpriced then what will we say here in Ghana.fully furnished 4 bedroom house not even up to 1 million dollars wow. I'm shocked 😲
Really.....but here in Nigeria....Lagos is the most overpriced house in Nigeria........even Abuja that is developed that has house of international standards are not overpriced....... That's why we are saying is overpriced.....I would even prefer to buy house in portharcourt than in lagos
@@promisebethel2226 ook...I might consider buying a house in Nigeria in the future.there is no place you can get such a house in Ghana to buy not even in the village.....the way houses are overpriced in Ghana is very sad
@@promisebethel2226 yea a house like that in a Prime area in Ghana furnished will probably go for between 1 to 1.2 million Dollars and if you call to inquire about it, they will tell you it's already been sold, so if interested you have to be on a waiting list for the next development, real estate market in Ghana is just crazy.
@@simplyivy9855 it’s not true cuz that amount can build 3 houses of same type in my town in Ghana 🇬🇭 I have a 9bedroom house each room has its own toilet and bathroom house i built and am left with the furnishing which I have spent 40,000$
@Billy Boss just buy land and build to your taste .
You have good video editor. High quality content as usual.
Thank you 😊
Very gorgeous home but damn those are NY, LA and San Francisco prices.
Beautiful❤
Yes it is 👍🏾
Honestly this house beautiful but overpriced why does house in lagos costlier to UK AND US , the government really need come into housing
It's expensive because the estate guys surveys the land, construct the road, bring water to the site and electricity. Again they import most of the stuff for a better decoration of the house. All these to their expense. So they have to increased it so as to share to burden with the buyers
@InfoNigeria 247 How much does labour cost compared to the UK or US?
@@blaundtabane593 What do you know about building materials and labour cost?
Sincerely its expensive but I font agree that its overpriced. Reasons: Location, Latest housing designs, House fully furnished, Imported and I believe flawless materials... The land alone might have swept off 1/6th of the price here.... Then there's the issue of agent etc. Think again and you might agree its expensive but not close to being overpriced
Lastly I think you should do a little research on houses in the UK... You'll be shocked, I guarantee you. Just rent alone can be extremely draining!!
The US housing and real estate is quite affordable but not the UK...
how many square meter the house built on
As an architect I used to criticize this babe. but honestly, I see a lot of improvement in her delivery. She has gotten much better over the years. and kudos to the camera guy and editor. I would suggest she watches more of ENES on UA-cam to get much better. Although these nigerian houses are mostly lowkey shit, she tries her best to sell them to us
For that money you buy 4 big houses with 3 times that land size in Zimbabwe. Nigerian houses are this expensive? Why?
How can I get it done in my area
Can I have it built in my country
Is this lovely house still available for sale???
Wat the name of this Estate
Is it still available?
This kind villa would have cost at least 4 million in america
🤩😍
What estate is this
With that kind of money you can achieve whatever that is built here twice and beyond.
It's just a total reap off.
half of that money that they are asking for will build that house. Ordinary person that is working hard can't buy that house.
How do people make soooo much money to afford houses like this 🥺?
by working smart
@@skiplabacademy2570 Do you have any idea on how to go about it?
@@kingsleyokehi5705 Working smart to his knowledge is stealing money from the resources or 419. Ordinary person that is working hard are not going to be able to buy this house.

It is possible for you to kindly put me I touch with the interiors decorator I would really appreciate it.
I hope you see this on time and reply. Many thanks.
The house front opposite. 🤦🏽♀️. But I'm sure it will look more better once they have cleaned up the place to complete the Estate
How many times she said beautiful ?
Still available?
Need more land and greenery
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Beautiful does the amount include everything in the house?
Yes, everything.
What if the buyer has 4 kids already? Know visitors room
i'll build myself
What is the size of the plot on which the house is built???????
The size of the land is 450sqm
@@ConfidenceA are you joking me? Just ordinary 450 they paid this much money? Let stay in Zimbabwe, it's way cheaper than Nigeria
Are the prices listed in Nigerian dollar or USD?
USD !!
Nigerian estates need more grass and tress
Expensive
Can you imagine. House price in Nigeria are now expensive than house price in Nigeria . And it’s just 4 bedrooms. Lol😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 OMG. Money in the ?????😂😂😂😂 it’s like Money is paper in Nigeria.😂😂
I really wonder the kind of people that buy such homes. No Billionaire wud live in a squeezed space like that. It's a shame
thanks goodtoknow.
That sea view will be covered very soon when they build on that lot.
Nigeria is moving mad with these high house prices.
Overrated with unnecessary stuff. Just give me the empty house while I furnish it my self. Overall amazing content cause we don’t get to see this everyday. Good job
This house will be here forever is they dont reduce to price to normal 4 bed prices
This house is sold!
WE HAVE STARTED BUILDING THESE TYPES OF HOMES IN THE VILLAGES AND THEY ARE GREAT AND DAMN CHEAP....
Build one for me and ill pay you this cheap prices you are referring too

It's massively overpriced but beautiful home though.
The house is beautiful but 600m naira ..hmmm
Am interested in this apartment but is too expensive
It is negotiable. Kindly call the numbers on the screen to discuss your offer.

Next five years no more fighting, quarrelling, gossiping and back bitting but building houses.
JÉSUS CHRIST LOVES u more than u can imagine pls give HIM ur life
i dont know if you promote house or bulbs
Great house but not worth 857k. You can use that to get a much larger home in America.
Even at least 300mill can build dis house. De price is jxt high because it's an estate
True
In most states except New York City
Not only US, even in most parts of the developed world.
Yes, buts it’s not in the US. Every country has their own house prices which aren’t uniform across the globe. Most of the building materials are imported which would add to the building cost, also factor in the cost of the land itself which is a huge cost on its own.
@@yemol9454 I don't understand how things that ought to be regarded as a positive starts becoming a negative. Is a land in Nigeria supposed to be more expensive than a Land in USA?
Saw this same house for 650 million😹😹
The house is well constructed but the interior is not that convincing 😢
Is been a long time, what happened?

Johanesburg has better houses with big Lots than most of UK. Cars at home in London are parked on the streets Not in jhbg .
This is Nigeria not southafrica, so go watch some southafrican houses instead

Why Nigerian dont like garden ?
Why should I buy a house expensive, with exposed open gutters opposite these luxurious houses.
BEAUTIFUL HOME BUT I'll rather spend such amount to secure a property in UK, USA or CANADA.

That is great for you, but others may be interested living in Nigeria. I am tired of America. What is the point of being here when you can impact your country or region.
Just to add Africa is getting better and with the help of more people aiding our land we can continue to develop our beautiful continent.

@@onyinyendukalu2118I Live Here In USA For Over 30 years. You Can Never Be Able To Buy That Overpriced Property In Nigeria. Where will you get that kind of money unless you are one of those fraudulent and thieves that are able to buy this Overpriced Property in Nigeria.
Nice house. Maybe $300. Not worth the price quoted
Most of the materials used in the development of this property are all imported, unfortunately. Complete set of doors and windows could be made in Nigeria from the abundant wood resources in the country. Most Nigerians, whether living home or abroad will appreciate wood. Until we start having confidence in our products, our resources and believe in ourselves, the Naira will continue to fall. It is a shame when we blame the government for everything, while contributing to failure indirectly.
Intelligence has more to do with adapting.
Lol real estate in Lagos is unconventional robbery
Comes with cheap interior decor and some hit and mix styling 😢
$200,000 government property to buy
Nice presentation but for N600m and it's not a smart home???
