What do you do if you don't get any replies? Call them? Email them? Ask them what happened?

@@abu861 It can be frustrating not getting a reply! Firstly, drop them an email right away saying you enjoyed the process/talking to them (etc etc) and you're looking forward to hearing back. After a couple of days, follow up via email and then call. If you were rejected, it's good to get feedback and the least they can do is give you that time.

Were you nervous for your graduate assessment centres? If so, how did you deal with the stress so that you could present the best version of yourself?
Thanks for the videos - been very helpful!

That is a GREAT question. I may make a video on this...
Of course I was nervous! Being nervous shows you care, which is GOOD! How to deal with stress though hmmm? Here's some advice from me...
      1. Practise, practise and practise! Preparation is key.
      2. Don't put 1 job on a pedestal. If you get rejected, it's not the end of the world, there are 100's of other amazing opportunities. You're simply showing up to an assessment centre, doing your best and what will be, will be!
      3. For a mini-boost, find a quiet place in a break, adopt a shoulder width stance, put your arms out wide, crack a smile and deep breaths! This honestly helps relax and recharge you (it feels a bit silly but that's part of it!).
I hope that helps. If you have an assessment centre coming up, best of luck!

@2:28 Wait, can you really just re-apply for a grad scheme after being rejected by the Situational Judgement Test? They must be able to tell that you're the same person, no?

If you fail a test, I'd drop them an email asking them to reload the test for you, 9 times out of 10 they'll be fine with that (you only need to pass it once!).
And if it's your DREAM graduate job, then why not apply again...the worst they can do is reject you!
They get 1000's of applicants and most of the application process is automated at the start, they most likely won't notice it's the same applicant either.

It is not supposed to be this hard to get a job.

Agreed! Unfortunately you may have to be better at applying for jobs than actually doing the job.
