On my 2022 Honda CT 125 Trail, the tender is connected directly to the battery without any splicing of wires. Routing the tender connection for plug in is very easy. No need to cut and splice tender connections.
It’s is because the original terminals have these bulky stoppers at the end that made it impossible to fit them under the cover. Especially with the bend I made with the positive terminal.
No nonsense and right to the point. Couldn’t figure out where to route mine and this helped a ton.
Glad it worked out.
Very informative 🎉

Maybe the dealer installed it. I’ve never seen one installed from factory, but it could be a new thing.
Thank you very much for the wonderful video of tender install Honda trail 125 . Hope to do mine just like you did. 😅
You’re welcome and good luck.
Nice clean walkthough. Would love to see a shock upgrade video for the trail 125 ! Im getting ready to go that route with mine.
Thanks, you have a shock in mind?
@@MacrossGarage havnt narrowed it down to any yet but i see alot of people going with the YSS

I see a few videos on them. Not very detailed though, they just say what they did.
I’m curious why you didn’t connect the tender directly to the battery and why you added the extra red/blk wires?
