Does the vehicle battery have to be good for the doors to open, when your fob batteries are good

Yes, if the car battery is dead then u will have to use the blade key from the key fob to manually unlock/lock the doors

Right now both batteries are bad and the fob key is stuck in the Ignition

Check if ur particular year model car has a manual ignition lock (you usually stick a thin flat screwdriver to have the stuck key turn out of the ignition)
If not you can just connect a jumper to ur battery to get power
