@@RedButtonJournal The wealthier areas are far more up in the hills right? The poorer populations close to sea level right? The late great Peter Tosh and Bob Marley both from Trench Town. Nice to see the non tourist areas of Jamaica for sure, show how diverse that beautiful country is. Now if they could do something about the terrible inflation, corruption, violence in a number of parts of Jamaica.

I have friends that i went to School with that lives in that Part of Stoney Hills, I've spent many times there. But Cherry Gardens where i am from is very affluent as well. You should go there.! Now you can show America and the World that Jamaica is not just Inner City, Reggae, and Beaches, Lol😅 we also have beautiful neighborhood where people with Money Resides.

That's right, and neighborhoods like this are popping up all over the island now. Man, i was looking at 5 million USD on UA-cam, cant remember the parish. The land alone over there was 1 million USD. Me ask myself, a who dem a cater to? The Saudis? Chinese? Who? cause we can't afford none of that 😢😢.

Jamaica has always had many beautiful houses sprinkled throughout several different parts of Kingston and beyond. I left Jamaica in 1988, and most of these houses were already there, and the neighbourhoods were well established. This always seems to surprise foreigners.

There's a house beyond the gate the property is big so they have a long long drive way some times they have a second gate before you reach the property my friend has a property like that in St. Ann Jamaica

You say Wow now, suppose you would have seen Jamaica when you were younger, i dont know you guys ages but i would guess you are in your late 60's since you've retired. Well my parents have pictures of Jamaica back in the 60's thru the 90's when we Migrated and all those Communities were absolutely gorgeous from Red Hills straight out to Harbour view even tho Harbour view has now changed drastically it use to be very upscale according to my Mom.❤❤❤ Bless up yourself. My brother lives and has a farm in stoney Hill.
Roaming through those neighborhoods must have been a beautiful experience, especially with the lush landscapes Stony Hill offers. Having a brother with a farm there sounds like you have a lovely connection to the area, blending the charm of residential life with the natural beauty of farming.
