OMG I have suffered from histamine intolerance and digestive issues for decades. I was also a vegetarian for 30 years; now, listening to you, I can see how that contributed to this problem. I had migraines and always lots of sinus allergy issues. Then, in 2000, I got poisoned by methyl pentanes, and my problems multiplied 10x over. I eventually found that Gastracid and histamine blockers helped. I also have anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and three years ago, I started on Fluoxitine and Adderall. All of these, of course, are neurotransmitter regulators. Your videos make SO MUCH sense. As a kid, I always had constipation problems. Trauma contributed to all this, too, of course. I have been in psychotherapy for decades, and these issues remain. I've never heard of such important connections with the thyroid, pancreas, neurotransmitters, and histamine (I did not know it was a transmitter). I ordered the Yellow Dock tea and the Pure digestive enzymes. I am going to start using a HOCATT sauna/ozone system for 10 sessions. Then, be a lot more conscious of keeping my digestive system flowing.

Thank you so much for this video Joanne. This has really helped me in my journey. My question I have for you is, if I have the symptoms of stomach pain (in which i believe is an ulcer even though I have had an endoscopy that resulted in no signs of that infection) and I want to take Betain HCl ... is this going to irritate my stomach lining more? I have tried probiotics and bone broth.. but my histamine intolerances are giving me anxiety episodes, sore shoulder blades at night and stomach pain. Any advice is greatly appreciated thank you :)

Can you become dependent on enzymes? Had this question. Are bitters just as good?

Do you think pancreatic elastase markers can get low or high in one/two weeks?
Mine were very low in first and after 2 weeks in a normal range🤷‍♀️ and bowel movements are not the same everyday too

That you Dr. Kennedy. Would you please do a video on histamine, dysbiosis and menopause. I have so many bad bacteria that are common in crohns including Rumicoccus gnavus, Cetobacterium and Blautia. Huge amounts.

I’m sorry but I didn’t hear the name of the supplement you suggested to lower histamine in the stomach toward the end of your video. Would you please repeat that, thanks for all your help and great information!

Hi Sue, I know your comment is from a year ago. I am literally suffering with horrible symptoms of histamine intolerance brought on from a leaky gut and to many gut bad gut bacteria. I've been to several doctors and have not been able to tolerate any supplements. I've tried to heal my gut with probiotics and probiotic foods and start having horrible histamine intolerance symptoms. If I may ask, how are you doing now? Were you able to heal the histamine intolerance? If so can you please share with me what you did? I would really appreciate your response. Thank you.

@@rubythecraftgirl7097 I'm sorry you're not having much luck. But what I first it will stop killing the bad bacteria because it was also killing the good. Then I just started adding personalized probiotics through FLORE. I also realize the reason my gu is so messed up it's because I'm mercury toxic. Please check for toxic medals. I knew it 30 years ago but going to different practitioners put me on the wrong path so they could sell me supplement. The main thing is to get this toxic metals out of your brain an organ especially your gut then you can start healing with the probiotics that's just my two cents I hope you do well soon.

Enzymes such as enzymedica are derived from aspergillus which is a mold.. I don't do well on those.. I did an mycotoxin test and tested high in aspergillus.. Even though enzymedica claims the purification process rids the end product of any fungus I don't do well with those.. Do you know of another product which contains protease.. etc that derives the enzymes from another source??
