i believe im having mast cell activation due to damaged nerves (small fiber neuropathy), theres not much that fixes the neuropathy, theyre slow to heal. does the inherent act of a mast cell "activating" damage the nerves? thats what im worried about.

I’m 54 and was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hips. Since covid, I was loading up with 3000-5000mg/day of vitamin c. So, overloading vitC for 4 years. Could oxalate from vitamin C manifest itself as hip pain that could be diagnosed as osteoarthritis? I’ve stopped all vitamin C and working to follow a low oxalate diet. Thoughts?

If you want to heal, eat more red meat, go carnivore. Depending how much meat your're eating now will determinate how radical you change. I highly recommend No carb life with Dave. Dr Chaffie and Sally Norton.

This was excellent. She was right on about everything. I’ve been going through this for 8 yrs chronically but started at age 17. Currently working with someone who did the Genetic DNA and found out I had the problem with not producing any bile and the bile pump wasn’t working. I’ve been on bitterx for a few weeks and now my brain fog is gone. Still deal with sibo, sifo, Gliotoxin, but great to feel I’m on the healing path finally. Also using brain retraining to help my nervous system to get into a calm state while I heal.

I was diagnosed with high Uric acid after I PAINFULLY passed a kidney stone. Fortunately I avoided hospitals by drinking lots of apple cider vinegar which helped pass the kidney stone quickly. I went from a 10 in pain to 0 in a very short time. High Uric acid ie Gout is a serious problem . Fortunately I discovered this before booking in for orthopedic surgery for knee pain. Would a Mediteranian diet be preferable to carno-keto? Some say to fast for 15 hours (great for weight loss) but can this harm people with MTHFR and Gout?

Then obviously keep taking them and your methylation cycle will be fixed and your body can metabolize histamine again. It only happens in the beginning because the built up histamine in your body is getting metabolized and causing symptoms. Also, don’t take methylated forms because they can cause over methylation.

This is exactly the case with eczema. I have been suffering my whole life. Doctors can't help all about this information right here. It has everything to do with a combination of these 2. I have scares all over because no one couldn't help me until I just gave up on eating bread one day and half my problems went away but still linger through my whole life. If a kid could avoid oxalates that would be a whole life difference.

So the best diet to stick to right off the bat is a carnivore diet? And then start implementing herbs and supplements while slowly reintroducing low histamine FODMAP foods? Is that the takeaway or am I mistaken? I am what seems to be at the beginning of histamine intolerance due to sibo and I am really trying to lock this down and get it gone before it starts to get too bad. So far I am experiencing joint and muscle pain, hives, and nasal congestion, and slight tightness of the throat when I have a reaction. Any help or clarification on this would be greatly appreciated!
