This house is beautiful. I LOVE the black doors. I wish that little love seat was a bit brighter. Maybe like a teal or an orange or something. Do not know how I feel about the wash room being so close to the primary bedroom. Finished garage, I am very much liking that (Here in Texas, they like taxing people for those and a lot of people are not finishing their garages). Basement looks very nice. Aside from the one acre or less yard, which I do not get, this place is pretty solid.
It's always interesting to hear different perspectives on a house's features. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I love the black door trend in homes too. The laundry connected to the primary bedroom is something I'm seeing more and more of in just about every new build. Definitely better than going to the basement with 20 pounds of laundry! :)
Two million plus, and no geothermal, net zero energy efficiency, basic painted trim? Nice layout, but come on man. Builders and buyers are only concerned with bling. It’s a drywall palace. When will people start thinking about the bones of the house. Show us the mechanicals, the water proofing for the basement, the quality of the doors and windows, the air leakage testing?
Hi Paul! One question: All the houses that you show in your videos are fully furnished. Is the furniture included? Keep posting! ❤ We hope to have the chance to run into you soon! 😊
Hey! A lot of them are builder models and the furniture is not usually included. When the builders are done with the models they will sometimes sell the home furnished.
@@PaulWolfert Cristal clear! We also have this kind of offer in Europe, but usually just for apartments. Not for houses. We will move soon to Michigan but we still in doubt if we should invest or just rent… We will continue to follow you to get any conclusion! 😉
Million plus and wire shelving is insane. Covid made builders think they can get top dollar and skimp on the finishes. Sure hope interest rates stay high, and people drive up supply again so; they have to actually use high end materials in a million dollar plus house.
Franklin/Farmington Hills area of Metro Detroit - Hills of Franklin is the community. If you're interested, let me know and I should be able to save you some money on one of the builds paul@movingmi.com
Love it but not for that price. The finishes are nice / decor. Not a home for dogs or kids...the patio area could have been better thought out. Not a fan of that at all.

I love those black doors I love the floor plan of this home!
I like to see the garage in these tours. This one is very good, epoxy floors, high ceilings, high enough for lifts. Good design.
I'll keep that in mind for future vids! Stay tuned
I like the black doors - nice touch
Agreed!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT HOUSE 💯
Thanks for watching! Let me know if you'd like to build one 😀
Thanks for this tour. That home is stunning! The centrally located kitchens are brilliant. If I run into $2M I'll give you a call. 😉
You're welcome! I'll be ready when you are! 😄
I love it
Love the layout
So do I!
Love it!!!❤. Did I miss it………what’s the square footage?

Nice!
I’d rather have a bigger master bedroom than a bath. Beautiful home though.
What is the color of the paint on the walls?

Missing a golf simulator and home gym, but otherwise an amazing place! 😁
Could build you one with those! :D
