Hi Jafjay, sorry about the slow reply, somehow your comment flew under the radar! Did you get your problem sorted? If you didn't then here is a couple of things to check. Make sure your cooling fan (the one that is blowing on the hotend and should be running all the time) is on and attached facing the right way. If its not blowing enough air on to the heatsink then that will lead to heat creep, which will result in a clog.
The other thing to make sure you don't leave the printer preheating for long periods of time with filament in the hotend while its not printing. This can cook the filament and cause it to char up which can also result in a clogged nozzle. The last thing is if you are using a all metal hotend then make sure your retraction distance in your slicer is set to no more than 2mm (1mm is the ideal value). This is because with the original hotent, it needs a longer retraction distance than an all metal one does which again, can lead to clogging.
Hope this helps and thanks for watching! :)

Hi willcaddy, nice vid well done... looking into force air from that fan up out way of bed as ABS at 100bed 235nozzle seems to lift front lh side corner..

Yea that would be cool (no pun intended :P), you could attach it to the screws that go through the Noctua fan or the screws holding the part cooling fan in place and have a shroud that faces upwards and away. Let me know what you come up with :) Thanks for watching!
