- guys the mango was sour. thats why i made the face. a very unusual boarding school dorm vlog. was trying to find the difference between being a hs student and a gamer so i could highlight it in my thumbnail but turns out they have a lot of similarities so i didnt include it. we all got 0 social life, bet our entire livelihood in a game of chance and are hunched over the laptop at all times. nice

I kind of had a similar situation. I was in university, and when corona started, we had to pack and leave to our cities IN ONE DAY. The rest of the classes were online, of course.

Yeah! Back in 6th grade, we had an entire day of a super typhoon hitting our city and the rain was like slanted and hitting the building of thr classrooms at the 3rd floor and the floor got flooded XD power outages and us having to mop the floors and panicking getting the papers and sheets outside the classroom
Classes still continued anyway with the ambience of a typhoon and it was fun
Watching this seems kinda unreal to me as a homeschool kid I forget that people have to go to school and have a this kinda life outside a house

In my country it not and boarding school is very common and normal
My parents sent me to boarding school to learn independence and to me there isn’t isn’t a difference between boarding schools and public schools education
it basically trains you to live on your own and be independent (as well as learn other skills like cleaning and livings with others) so when you go to college/ uni, it’s easier since you already know how to live without your parents
gurl is panicking over 6 days , ure making me feel guilty xdd because of ramadhan I went back to my family house and now i missed a whole month of school 💀

I've just finished 5 years at boarding school yesterday haha! In my experience it's been amazing- you consider your peers and teachers as family and it's super easy to contact teachers for help in your subjects outside of lesson time. The pastoral and medical care at my school in particular was amazing and there are loads of societies for all sorts of people: religious ones, ones for people with disabilities or young carers, ones for racial and national groups or minorities- and all of these are student organised and led!!
I experienced some bullying during my first year at the school but once you talk to the right people and find your friends it's so nice and there are always awesome events going on especially at special occasions!!
My school was also international so you end up making friends from all around the world which is awesome.
The dorm experience is honestly chill you make friends with all the older years and the tutors/house parents will generally be very supportive. In my school we had breakfast in house (dorms) on Sundays and there would be treats in the evening. Most meals were eaten in a big Harry potter-esque dining hall though :)
Out of school to become a gamer/model, sounds fun.. you can try to be a cosplayer too. :)

Lol the same thing happened to me a few months ago at my boarding school because of water contamination in the area! Unfortunately I still had to stay at school because alot of us had national exams that week- we ended up having to shower using cold bottled water for a week lol

@@shakalaka1877 i dont homeschool but i moved to online school in freshman yr partly bc pandemic and im now in my junior; its rlly boring and basically all my friends are from my old school. very much regret it and would go back but I feel like its too late😭 I am going to college fs though, getting used to waking up on time and deadlines and socializing every day is going to be tiring but im excited
