Which makes them less deserving of surviving.
Meh, I'll prepare for the apocalypse by: - Making one of those cheap devices to make freshwater from seawater - Get a waterproof shelter, like a huge tent -Get a knife, bow and arrows or both for hunting -Get matches or lighters along with some flammable items like firewood -Maybe grow some fruit trees nearby for nutrients Done
Me: *looks at uncle* Uncle: *has probably more than 100 guns* Me: *if there’s ever an apocalypse I’m going there first* Also me: *thinks then realising that I live in New Zealand... YES*
This type of prepping, with stockpiling and stuff will only last a certain amount of time. However, developing skills will keep you going indefinitely.
EXACTLY what i thought. "physiologist agree that this growing trend makes sense. With _trump_ , natural disasters, North Korea, it can often feel like the world is out of control". Like wtf? Stupid liberals
How to survive the apocalypse,c cheapskate way: Get a 2 acre farm Grow some orange trees Grow some fruit trees Make a fish pond Have a rabbit pen Have a pig pen Get a concrete house Have a bore water sistem Get a weapon Have matches Have plenty of water bottles filled up Get a matress, put it on a table and make sides Have a sleeping bag Always have a hiking pack ready and full of spare supplies Learn your native plants Learn how to use a long range weapon Get iodine (Purifies water, wait time though) Have a wardrobe of useful clothes and shoes. Have many containers. Get a big medical kit. Done. ALSO: Have a chocolate stash, because you might need some.
Also, woah, anti-progress? That's kind of conspiracy theory too, though. Yes, I agree that disasters are a way to start over, but how does rich people getting out of it going to change that? If anything, wouldn't they be able to speed up the recovery in lost collective learning in the community without the baggage?
Yael Hernandez Death is simply the start of a new phase in your existence, once you die your consciousness moves on to another plane. Energy never disappears, you consciousness will always remain. I can't tell you where that plane is though, it could be heaven, hell, pergatory, or an astral plane. There is an afterlife though. Personally I am not scared of death because in my heart I do believe in life after death.
"With Trump, natural disasters, North Korea..." Jesus Christ, I don't even like the guy but the number of people finding every excuse to put him on the same list as a fucking hurricane is pathetic.
I had nothing to do with my cupboard under my stairs so I put in a bedroll, 28 water bottles, 14 MREs, a gas mask and air purifier connected to an oxygen tank, a SW/MW/FM radio, a Geiger Muller detector and an airtight container for waste. I've also reinforces the door with sheet of metal and the roof with more wood.
I keep a backpack in my basement full of non perishable food items, enough water to last a few weeks, batteries, a battery operated radio, some extra clothes, flashlights, a phone charger, some rope, a gun, a few screwdrivers, a journal, and a sleeping bag.
I'm my opinion, we SHOULD prepare for the end. I have a backpack that has flashlight, tape, batteries, water and food. My thought is that if we have to ruin our life in the pre apocalypse, it's not worth it. But if it's like me and just having a old backpack that cost me no money it's ok
"What can I do"? According to the experts you should: 1. Garden with sustainable agriculture techniques (less pesticides and fertilizer (organic or better yet permaculture)). 2. Buy food and manufactured goods made locally 3. Pay down debt 4. Learn skills they will be useful in the future and make friends that have useful skills you don't have (related to providing food, water, shelter, and medical care. A necessary skill is organic/permaculture gardening/farming). Very important: medical skills are the best way to ensure your survival. All others will gladly sacrifice their life to protect your life, so you are around to use your medical knowledge to keep their families alive. 5. I recommend to invest some money into technologies to increase the "carrying capacity" of the planet (high risk investments); A. decrease environmental impact per capital B. alternatives for our food system input to improve production C. alternatives to our current living arrangements, D. alternatives to our plastics industry, E. alternatives to disaster capitalism F. "Savior technologies", ie faster-than-light travel, "game changer" technologies, ie Cold fusion energy & "delaying technologies", ie deep drilling technologies. 6. I also recommend you inform and prepare your family, friends, and others. It is best to initially suggest people have an emergency kit... for any emergency such as flood, earthquake, tornado, hurricane, loss of electricity due to a winter storm. Then, if the friend or relative puts together a disaster kit, what I do is introduce Peak Oil (by telling them of the 43 second movie trailer m.natgeotv.com/ca/2210-thecollapse/videos/collapse-of-earth , the "National Geographic Collapse" movie on UA-cam, & free book downloads; 7. the rich are like, we're gonna fuck up the world so much that it becomes inhabitable to everyone, unless they are ridiculously equipped like us, so we can have the world all to ourselves without those pesky peasants! (insert megalomaniac laughter)
tinythingy4 I guarantee u r actively giving them money. Rich people provide products and services, u pay for them because they are worth more to you than the money you'd save by not having them.
like i said, if i live and participate in this world they will get my money. If i dont become a hermit and build my own house and grow my own food and everything, i have to buy stuff.
I'm a prepper and I can say, not all of us peasants can afford to do this stuff. Also, prepping could save many lives even in normal disasters. Think how many more people would have survived Grenfell tower or hurricane Katrina, etc if they had all been preppers. Try it. It's also quite a good hobby.
Prepping is not just for the wealthy. Everyone can gather the skills and equipment needed to survive in an apocalyptic event. Your undertone of contempt for the wealthy and trying to convey your feelings about your views on wealth distribution made no sense and were misplaced in this video. Very cringy .
the video title itself explains how this is exclusively about crazy ways the rich are prepping. it clearly says its pulling out the minority of the minority it couldnt be more straightforward on how they dont intend this to represent everyone
you have grossly misunderstood and misrepresented preppers. I'm a prepper, I'm not rich, I don't have a bunker, or even a wall with barbed wire. but I do: improve my fitness, learn tactics, study hard in languages (you never know who your friends and enemies will be), study hard in medicine, study hard in mechanics and practise it every time my bike breaks. and above all that: I do lots of something that's very similar to science, I do so much biology to teach me how to better train my body and brain. I do lots of experiments every week and because I'm a prepper I have discovered so many things that are also useful today. I thought that according to you science was a good thing? and also I have studied so much about leadership, ethics and although I'm bad at this last one: reasoning with people (but no one's really good at that) so I don't try to hide from improving the world and throw innocent people into tyranny. if I could get 2 or 3 friends who I know wouldn't betray me... then great (sadly I've just got a bad back story with people taking advantage of me, so I'm a lone wolf prepper for now) but basically... preppers are good for discovery and invention, and preppers are good for society.
Why are you acting like being rich is a bad thing and something you should be ashamed of? Why do these rich people have a obligation to help/care about others?
Rich people have an obligation to help other people because they have the resources to make a difference. I'd like to believe that regular people given the resources to help others would do so. Money doesn't stay with you after you die and we will all die. So why not use all of your resources to help prevent disasters? You can still live quite comfortably with 10 million dollars, almost all Americans go through their entire lives only earning around less than 2 million, and many are still able to live happy lives.
I never said that. You're missing the point of my initial comment entirely. Those who have the large amounts of money could actually help people long-term without sacrificing how comfortably they lived. In your scenario, if I sold all my nonessential items to fund a food package, it might a feed an entire community in a majority world country for a week max. Then they'd still be without food and I'd have no luxuries. Wealthy people could fund research and teach people in majority world countries how to improve the quality of their lives, and still be left with plenty of money to buy and live in a luxurious home and not *have* to work a day in the rest of their lives to pay bills or to buy food and water. Hopefully this explanation clears your confusion a bit.
The Enchanter what's a luxury for you is a necessity for them. Case in point, people in Africa might consider nutritious food a luxury. Besides, the rich owe you nothing. Even if they give up all their wealth, they can fund a town max 1 week after which they'll need more resources (same logic as you used) so they need not fund. You'll have the moral ground to ask other people to donate when you do.
Not gonna lie, this video sounds like you guys whining about rich people than actually outlandish prepping. Your statement of them "worrying about themselves while the rest of us crumble" makes you sound like you can't handle your own life, like you're children in constant need of watching. Learn how to be self reliant rather than just trying to blame everything on society.
im not really worried about "the end of the world" scenario, but i have been thinking about preparing an emergency kit once i have been working for a year or two. while i say emergency "kit", im basically talking about having a chest that contains a hiking bag, some long term survival tools (flint or lenses, strainer, survival knife etc.) a one man tent and food that stays good for a long time etc. because even if there might not be an apocalyptic event happening in our lifetime it is better to be prepared for catastrophes such as war or famine that will not happen rather than not being preparred if it actually do happen.
BEST SURVIVAL TIP "the more you know , the less you need " basiclly meaning the more knowlage you gain now on how to survive\live in situations , the less stuff you need like if you know how to make traps and hunt you wont need 10 years of canned foods and generaters and a bunch of useless crap
you will be a valuable asset so your life will be kept in high regard since doctors are going to be less and less, especially if a zombie outbreak happens since the breakouts at the hospital will probably kill alot of doctors
No shit, just used it as an example, you could use hte same example as an outbreak of a virus for example, alot of doctors would be contaminated the first few days...
I find your sentiment of "They're helping themselves so they must feel guilty about their wealth" pretty insulting. Isn't it possible that they're preparing to care for themselves and loved ones while ALSO doing what they can to avert disaster? Are they mutually exclusive? You're intimating that these people are somehow crazy or even somewhat evil for preparing for bad situations, while also mentioning studies that say maybe people are doing this so that they feel like they have control over something in their lives. I don't belong to the prepper community at large, but I do what I can to be prepared for natural disasters and other chaotic situations. This doesn't mean I'd happily watch the rest of the world go down in flames. You're both entitled to your opinions, but more and more lately I've been finding your videos to be misinformed and highly biased. I've recently had to consider unsubscribing to both of your channels because of this, which is very disappointing. I hope you do better in the future.
Steelbreeze420 - Yeah I got that vibe too. I realize that some people live paycheck to paycheck and don't have the resources to buy extra stuff (I was in that boat for many years) - but there are also people who DO have the resources, and choose not to spend those resources to prepare for potential disasters. Their choice to do what they want with their money, but I have less sympathy when disaster hits and they're like "OMG who knew it would've been better to prepare for disaster rather than spend thousands of dollars on (insert frivolity here)?"
Indeed. The video seems quite poorly researched especially since it seems mostly middle class or less well-do families tend to preppers, either to learn new skills or for extra resources.
Sapphire You said everything perfectly. I am not wealthy and only 19 but I have always been interested in prepping because a little work now is a huge leg up later. Also with their gun video I felt it was super biased and ignored the rise in crime while shouting "Look at the gun violence! It went down!" really a shame. These guys used the make great videos.
Alexandria - I look at it as a percentage of income (or percentage of discretionary spending). The super-rich have more disposable income, and therefore can spend significantly more on disaster preparation. The middle-class have less discretionary spending than the super-rich, and so the portion of discretionary spending allotted to various individual "niches" may vary as well. Households with lower income often have little-to-no disposable income. All that said, it's worth comparing people within the same income-class, and how much of their resources they devote to planning for the future, versus spending in the present. I'm not under the impression that Mitch & Greg were purposely intending to insult anyone; I simply find much of their recent content to be under-researched and/or heavily biased. I have to agree with Pickle here, their two channels have just gotten lower in quality. I feel like their video titles and discussion topics have become click-baity and shallow. The recent video "Who has it worse?" is a prime example. As if there needs to be a winner and loser, or that a given population segment's experiences with prejudice can be quantified and compared as "better or worse" than how other segments are treated. It's extremely juvenile and not a productive way of thinking about it. Which of course they /realized that/, because they completely avoided talking about who "had/has it worse" anywhere in the video.
I wouldn't call myself a prepper but, the fact that I have designed my new house in the actual middle of nowhere to grow its own food, filter water, make its own power and have all the tools to make sugar, milk, salt, metal ores, clorox for cleaning an alcohol of which I can make fire arms, explosive and melee weapons. Plus I studied and tested all the things in it so I can maintain it all together, how to identify metals, how to make a tool that ditects radiation and I have a title on electronics to make my own radio and EMP defence ..........all so I dont have to pay bills and repairs. I am not ritch and yet its not expencive......... if you arent lazy enough make it yourself
I actually feel sick. There are people who own places they don’t and likely never will live in and there are people with no homes dying of dehydration and disease.
Just because some rich people prep doesn't mean they immediately need financial advice about using their money to save the world instead. How do you know they aren't doing both? Checking your own boxes first is only natural in life and death scenarios.
Re: the reddit guys eye surgery--as someone with such bad eyesight that I would be disabled w/o prescription eye wear, it totally makes sense to think about being able to see during a disaster. I've definitely thought of it, and I'm just a regular person. I'd be dead super fast if my glasses broke or couldn't be replaced in a disaster. Surving as a blind person is probably next to impossible "in the wild". Just playing devil's advocate on that one...
when rich people who don't believe in/ do anything abt global warming are scared shitless for the apocalypse...... dude there's a real apocalypse right now and you have the most power to deal with it
I’m getting archery lessons from my uncle and I’m learning to throw card hoping it might help me to through knifes. Please tell me if it actually helps.
They are doing all of these things because they KNOW they won't last very long. I'm not rich, yet I know the main survival skills like how to start a fire, get water and food as well as how to make shelter.
What's so wrong about trying to survive? Why do you end the video bitching about what wealthy people do with their money? If you were in their position you'd probably make the same preparations.
Does anyone know why Americans use the word "oftentimes"? It seems a strange case of a word that sounds antiquated in Britain but is widely used in the US.
For those super rich that escape to New Zealand don't come back because I'll be one of those waiting at their private airports, I'll be the one with the rope.

Not into prepping but I do like canned goods and instant meals because I am lazy lol. One day I will try a MRE even though everyone who eats them says they taste terrible.
Well lucky for ME we have like 300-400 'Civil Defense' fallout shelters in my city alone in Lithuania thanks to Judeo Bolshevik scum occupying us for 50 years. The only good thing they left us with I suppose. Sadly around 60% of those shelters would have to be renovated but many of them still have generators, insane water tanks etc., extra clothing, gas masks and so on. Best thing is how realistically those were constructed, industrial parks usually have a couple of huge bunkers if SHTF while you're at work, schools or very near them, every appartament complex, downtown etc. It sucks balls that people TODAY don't realise that after let's say 30 years of relative safety 'Cold War' is as 'cold' as it was in the 60's. Look up hypersonic weapons.
If it starts to look _that bad_ I'll just kms, fewer people will help all those formerly wealthy people live, since wealth won't matter once they get to their islands as money will be obsolete.
If I was rich I would by a 44. Pistol so I would be able to kill 1000s of zombies. Just kidding, I would use it to have a painless death when the first zombie comes.
tbh i would be the first to die i would procrastinate preparing to the point of death

#1 Rule of being a prepper, don't let anyone know you're a prepper.
Last thing you need is a horde of people trying to mooch off of your food stash.

Meh, I don't think it's selfish to buy things and/prep for disaster just because they are rich. I have a bug out bag, but I'd probably invest in whatever else I could if I had the money.
You should look out for you and yours in a bad situation. Even on a plane they say you should secure your own oxygen mask before helping others.
I'm also of the opinion that you should help others, of course, but since I think it's a normal human emotion/reaction to save yourself I wouldn't call these people selfish or think they're feeling guilty for being wealthy.
Really awesome ideas for prep though lol Lucky them for having cool stuff. I'm jealous.
If we could ask our ancestors if we should spend an incredibly small amount of time/money on being prepared for something bad happening, I bet they would say to do it.
I think it's just smart. Invest in society but in case all your money means nothing. My nanna is a German WW2 refugee and she said no-one ever thought their lifestyle was going to hell.... Since then she's always been prepared and handed that down. You aren't selfish... you're self reliant.

Why should the rich take care of anyone but themselves. We wouldnt expect the poor to do anything more. Why should they be any different
I'm neither rich nor a prepper but this video seems very judgmental.
"We'll see you next week if we're all still here!" Ominous.
I can't blame them to be honest, if the world goes to shit the rich would be the rest of the worlds first targets
Whoa, can try to sound more arrogant at the end?
That was a very condescending sounding, _don't worry too much_ speech.
Meh, I'll prepare for the apocalypse by:
- Making one of those cheap devices to make freshwater from seawater
- Get a waterproof shelter, like a huge tent
-Get a knife, bow and arrows or both for hunting
-Get matches or lighters along with some flammable items like firewood
-Maybe grow some fruit trees nearby for nutrients
Done
God, this is super cringe
Me: *looks at uncle*
Uncle: *has probably more than 100 guns*
Me: *if there’s ever an apocalypse I’m going there first*
Also me: *thinks then realising that I live in New Zealand... YES*
This type of prepping, with stockpiling and stuff will only last a certain amount of time. However, developing skills will keep you going indefinitely.
I live in New Zealand 🇳🇿
Tom McA ohk wanna trophy -_-
Ok...
I’m your neighbour 🇦🇺
With Trump? What kinda reason is That?
EXACTLY what i thought. "physiologist agree that this growing trend makes sense. With _trump_ , natural disasters, North Korea, it can often feel like the world is out of control". Like wtf? Stupid liberals
How to survive the apocalypse,c cheapskate way:
Get a 2 acre farm
Grow some orange trees
Grow some fruit trees
Make a fish pond
Have a rabbit pen
Have a pig pen
Get a concrete house
Have a bore water sistem
Get a weapon
Have matches
Have plenty of water bottles filled up
Get a matress, put it on a table and make sides
Have a sleeping bag
Always have a hiking pack ready and full of spare supplies
Learn your native plants
Learn how to use a long range weapon
Get iodine (Purifies water, wait time though)
Have a wardrobe of useful clothes and shoes.
Have many containers.
Get a big medical kit.
Done.
ALSO:
Have a chocolate stash, because you might need some.
Also, woah, anti-progress? That's kind of conspiracy theory too, though. Yes, I agree that disasters are a way to start over, but how does rich people getting out of it going to change that? If anything, wouldn't they be able to speed up the recovery in lost collective learning in the community without the baggage?
I'm laughing at the _Last of Us_ image that was thrown in there! 😂😂😂
Id rather just die tbh I honestly am not afraid of dying as long as its fast
Nelson Gonzales , I want to know your thoughts on death since i am scared
Yael Hernandez Death is simply the start of a new phase in your existence, once you die your consciousness moves on to another plane. Energy never disappears, you consciousness will always remain. I can't tell you where that plane is though, it could be heaven, hell, pergatory, or an astral plane. There is an afterlife though. Personally I am not scared of death because in my heart I do believe in life after death.
Well, id rather live but if i died i know i would go to heaven because i believe in God
I've also reinforces the door with sheet of metal and the roof with more wood.
is this buzzfeed or what?
Only if someone suggests taking a shot every time they say, "Trump." ... oh, oops! ;)
"And lastly and most importantly, all the windows are sold."
ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!! XD XD XD THAT IS QUALITY!!!
When poor people do this they're called crazy but when the rich do this people actually stop to listen.
According to the experts you should:
1. Garden with sustainable agriculture techniques (less pesticides and fertilizer (organic or better yet permaculture)).
2. Buy food and manufactured goods made locally
3. Pay down debt
5. I recommend to invest some money into technologies to increase the "carrying capacity" of the planet (high risk investments);
A. decrease environmental impact per capital
B. alternatives for our food system input to improve production
C. alternatives to our current living arrangements,
D. alternatives to our plastics industry,
E. alternatives to disaster capitalism
F. "Savior technologies", ie faster-than-light travel, "game changer" technologies, ie Cold fusion energy & "delaying technologies", ie deep drilling technologies.
6. I also recommend you inform and prepare your family, friends, and others. It is best to initially suggest people have an emergency kit... for any emergency such as flood, earthquake, tornado, hurricane, loss of electricity due to a winter storm. Then, if the friend or relative puts together a disaster kit, what I do is introduce Peak Oil (by telling them of the 43 second movie trailer m.natgeotv.com/ca/2210-thecollapse/videos/collapse-of-earth , the "National Geographic Collapse" movie on UA-cam, & free book downloads;

the rich are like, we're gonna fuck up the world so much that it becomes inhabitable to everyone, unless they are ridiculously equipped like us, so we can have the world all to ourselves without those pesky peasants! (insert megalomaniac laughter)
Stop giving your money to them then
im not actively giving money to them, but you know if im gonna live and participate in this world money goes to them regardless if i like it or not
tinythingy4 I guarantee u r actively giving them money. Rich people provide products and services, u pay for them because they are worth more to you than the money you'd save by not having them.
like i said, if i live and participate in this world they will get my money. If i dont become a hermit and build my own house and grow my own food and everything, i have to buy stuff.
tinythingy4 I know, so you are actively giving them money. And if you have such a problem with It, become a hermit.
Just saying, the peasant thing was a joke
Prepping is not just for the wealthy. Everyone can gather the skills and equipment needed to survive in an apocalyptic event. Your undertone of contempt for the wealthy and trying to convey your feelings about your views on wealth distribution made no sense and were misplaced in this video. Very cringy .
the video title itself explains how this is exclusively about crazy ways the rich are prepping. it clearly says its pulling out the minority of the minority it couldnt be more straightforward on how they dont intend this to represent everyone
0:55
Is that picture supposed to be Joel and Ellie from "The Last of Us"?
you have grossly misunderstood and misrepresented preppers.
Hey man, i just found ur comment, i want to discuss more about the topic "preppers"
Why are you acting like being rich is a bad thing and something you should be ashamed of? Why do these rich people have a obligation to help/care about others?
- END-MY-SUFFERING- Thankyou!
Hopefully this explanation clears your confusion a bit.
well said
The Enchanter what's a luxury for you is a necessity for them.
XD for real. I love all your comments, girl
lmfao nah
im not really worried about "the end of the world" scenario, but i have been thinking about preparing an emergency kit once i have been working for a year or two.
while i say emergency "kit", im basically talking about having a chest that contains a hiking bag, some long term survival tools (flint or lenses, strainer, survival knife etc.) a one man tent and food that stays good for a long time etc.
because even if there might not be an apocalyptic event happening in our lifetime it is better to be prepared for catastrophes such as war or famine that will not happen rather than not being preparred if it actually do happen.
One of my teachers always has a giant backpack filled with things to survive, she takes it everywhere 😂
BEST SURVIVAL TIP
"the more you know , the less you need "
basiclly meaning the more knowlage you gain now on how to survive\live in situations , the less stuff you need
like if you know how to make traps and hunt you wont need 10 years of canned foods and generaters and a bunch of useless crap
You guys are like a discount version of Superfruit
Mitch = Mitch
Greg = Scott
You can demonize anyone but I bet some Puerto Ricans wish they could have prepped.
Sinatra_Says
I'm going to become a doctor so I'll just be out there helping people until it's my time to go
Aneles S ohh so cute 😂
you will be a valuable asset so your life will be kept in high regard since doctors are going to be less and less, especially if a zombie outbreak happens since the breakouts at the hospital will probably kill alot of doctors
HipHopBassBoost There's no such thing as zombies.
No shit, just used it as an example, you could use hte same example as an outbreak of a virus for example, alot of doctors would be contaminated the first few days...
HipHopBassBoost You know what? I actually thought of the same thing. Should've asked if you were just making an example...
I hope you do better in the future.
and classic 'i didnt prepare so i want someone else to carry me' mindset..
😂lucky I already live in NZ
I'll be there tomorrow to move in, ol' buddy, ol' pal, ol' chum!
This makes so sense now
This bunker company, is really getting me a vault tech vibe, like the bunker is going to do experiments...
it's fun to see that even at the edge of extintion, we check ammos and guns on the list.
The first thing I would do is... store billions of hot dogs and anime cd’s lol
I just got a pocket knife under my pillow and a Pringles can in my drawer
I actually feel sick. There are people who own places they don’t and likely never will live in and there are people with no homes dying of dehydration and disease.
Yasss I love how I'm early yasss...... I love you Greg and Mitch and ASAPScience too!
"Mr. President, we must not allow a mine-shaft gap!"
wow. someone thinks they are holier then thou.. Maybe they are prepping because they are smart and not guilty.
This was specifically about how the rich are prepping. They didn't say anything about normal people prepping.
@@Abbanellie I was talking about Rich people And I didn't say anything about Normal people. So.... What are you talking about??
I've been hording the absolute essentials in case of civilization collapses , Toilet paper and WEED.
Thanks it's 3:30 in the morning and this really helped my insomnia. You had to mention Donald
You should do a video on Warren Buffet, his house and safety room is pretty amazing.
I guess they're also getting scouters to determine power levels of zombies or something XD
Zane Wallach KAAAAAAAAMEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAMEEEEHAAAA!
when rich people who don't believe in/ do anything abt global warming are scared shitless for the apocalypse...... dude there's a real apocalypse right now and you have the most power to deal with it
Whoa, someone bought land and solar panels?!?! INNSSSAAAANE
I’m getting archery lessons from my uncle and I’m learning to throw card hoping it might help me to through knifes. Please tell me if it actually helps.
You can practice your whistling, but don't expect the prepper community to come save you.
I love the way you guys talk. You make me very interested in this video.
It’s funny to think rich people will be drinking water out of condoms when the world ends
Being prepared isn't a bad thing. Being overly optimistic in the "Better World" is just irresponsible.
They are doing all of these things because they KNOW they won't last very long. I'm not rich, yet I know the main survival skills like how to start a fire, get water and food as well as how to make shelter.
What was this music?
What's so wrong about trying to survive? Why do you end the video bitching about what wealthy people do with their money? If you were in their position you'd probably make the same preparations.
Here i have been in nz wondering where i would go in an apocalyspe. I guess ill set up a tent in the backyard?
I agree that preparing brings control into peoples lives
Does anyone know why Americans use the word "oftentimes"? It seems a strange case of a word that sounds antiquated in Britain but is widely used in the US.
How to Ruin Your Like to Dislike Ratio:
Mention politics
"Tehlahpia" as a Filipino, I am very interested at the accent for the fish I usually eat XD
If it is all going away, why not spend it on something, while it is can be exchanged for something?
For those super rich that escape to New Zealand don't come back because I'll be one of those waiting at their private airports, I'll be the one with the rope.
Top Hedge Fund managers earnings 😵:
Ken Griffin. 2015 Earnings: $1.7 billion.
James Simons. 2015 Earnings: $1.65 billion.
Steve Cohen. 2015 Earnings: $1.55 billion.
David Tepper. 2015 Earnings: $1.2 billion.
I was born in NZ and still live there so I'm ready
The world isn't going to end, we are. The world will shake us off like a mild cold.
Hah, i don't need no preparations.
My family has a private garden with a house which can sustain itself.
Those house things are so cool though! 😂
I own a small peace of forest in Germany. I pretty well prepared I think ;)
I thought my grandma had cancer until I found this channel.
Look up hypersonic weapons.
wtf I live in New Zealand I've never heard that "going to New Zealand" is synonymous with "preparing for the apocalypse".
I LIVE IN NEW ZEALAND! WE ROCK
Man what happened to this account. They used to be so intellects who covered interesting topics
1:47 I am so happy to live in NZ now! Haha!
how about buy a big bunker (or make one) and let people inside
