The holiday factory staff are all nice just call them and ask for assistance to book and they will do from their side everything u need they will ask you some question.
Actually when we saw the promotion then on the same time we buy voucher and we booked also for the traveling date.I think it’s 2 weeks from the traveling date we booked and buy a voucher.just call the staff they will do everything..
