Excellent and very thorough review. Can't beat the reliability and near-perfect ergonomics of a CZ.
Thank you very much!
I don't like the fact that CZ discontinued manufacturing it. It's a very well designed and manufactured firearm it's a shame to see it be discontinued
@@snake13xwho manufactures it now?
Nice shooting!!

The earlier versions "like yours" had the ambi mag release which in many cases, caused the mags to stick/difficult to push the button. CZ went back to a reversible mag release since then and resolved that issue.
IMHO, if you go the p 10 route, get the p 10s. Its small enough to carry., holds 12 rnds, and will accept EVERY mag made for the p10 series including the p10c and p10f. That way it allows the shooter to have a sub compact, compact, and full size option all in the same firearm.
Thanks for the video 👍
Enjoyed
Great review, Thank you for that! Personally, I prefer CZ over the Glock, and I have both. The CZ trigger is better than Glock, no need to spend the money. GLOCK is an awesome gun, I just prefer the CZ’s…….that’s coming from my ARMY days 1966-1972 and numerous guns the last 55 years.
If I could only have one gun, it would definitely be a CZ!
In combat my mind would not be at ease without my Glock P80/Gen 1. I don't need a rail on a sidearm because I need to use a flashlight around corners without my hand being blown off and checking/clearing backside. The small mag release makes sure I don't accidentally drop mags while carrying, or they come flying out. Glock steel is so hard, you can sharpen your field knife on the slide without press check grooves hindering the blade.
Excellent video, great points. Will help people make the right choice.
Great video. Subscribed!
With you. Great assessment 👏🏼 I own two CZ pistol models: the P10F and the P10C suppressor-ready. Both of them extraordinary modern combat handguns.
That is great to hear!
@@AlaskanFrontier1 last Thursday I bought a CZ P10 F 45 auto (13+1). Totally reliable, very accurate, an amazing smooth trigger pull and great ergonomics. CZ has a better platform than Glock.
Loved your review in spite of your spooky voice haha. Very good information about aspects that would not be so visible for a non experienced shooter
Great review man. I saved up enough money and I'm trying to decide between the optics ready P10C or the Walther PDP Compact to reward myself for Christmas. While I still can't decide, I learned a lot about the P10C.
Which did you get?
@@diogenesstudent5585 neither 😭. I needed to fix my house's foundation when I noticed cracks on the ceiling so I put my money towards that instead. My grandpa did give me his old Glock 43 though so at least I have something for now.
@@JacksonWalter735 That should be more than sufficient.
@@JacksonWalter735 wise decision! G43 is an awesome gun
I’ve had my CZ 75 for yrs it’s still Performes flawlessly after thousands of rounds
That is a sweet gun as well!
Great review!
Thank ya!
Great video
Found one used for $400 w 5 mags!
Also picked up a P07 used for $400
Excellent review! I like the comparison between the Glock and P10. I have both Glock 19 and P10, the p10 seems to have a tougher polymer frame than the 19. I don't know!!?? Lol
Hey man, great channel. I wanted to ask you what the name of your orange bushcraft knife in your videos? Thank
Great content
My best gun: I have a Beretta APX, a very close second, a SAR 9 (very strong gun). BUT, the CZ is the best + a Talon grip
Good video , thanks for sharing , God bless !
Thanks for watching!
I am new-ish to CZ handguns. I took in a P10F on a trade last year. Was going to sell it. Decided to try it at the range.
Damn! This is a factory gun???
Picked up a P10C OR last month. Great piece. Disappointed after seeing this review that mine isn't fully ambidextrous; the mag drop is swappable, but not ambi from CZ.
Huh that is weird because this is a factory Gen 2 P10C
Sweet gun: I didn't know there was such a strong competitor for the Glock 19. I'll have to try it out at some point!
Yes it definitely is!
While I appreciate the comparison for personalizing vs out of the box edc, there is quite a bit of aftermarket support for customization. However not nearly as much as the 19
Good review, nice pistola.
Right on! Thanks for watching!
🌲🦅🌲 thank you for sharing stay safe and healthy out there 🙋♂️🦅
Thank you for watching and commenting!
I plan to buy one but, I'm putting a tlr 7A light on it. I'm not to fond of the oversized light look.
I’m looking at this again as consideration for another ccw option. I have the 365 but if I ever have to use it, I won’t get it back until after all the trials and hearings and legal crap so I figure it’s good to have a backup during that time. If you plan for the worst, why not follow through?
Look at shadow systems. They'll send you another gun for free if you use yours in self defense / justified use.
where did you get your ambi mag release? i've been look for that for ages but never found it. great vid!
It was factory. Gen 2

I'd like to see your opinion of this P10C vs the P-07 hammer fired CZ. 👍👍
Stock Is Hot.
CZ makes among the most beautiful, ergonomic handguns in the world. The slide-inside-frame design is pure genius.
In fact, only one company has been able to get a lower bore than CZ and that is Laugo Arms and their "Alien" model!
Very true!
5 years probably ago I felt one , just got one now optic ready, I didn’t want to have to modify anything, this was 350 dollars, very affordable when around me a Glock costs 550, 350 new , night sights, 3 mags, they call it compact, I consider this a full size, the grip lets you choke up to get it tight
Nice!
Darn I should have never done the total build on my P10C. That came out fantactic, by the way. Too bad I can't drop a picture. Love these guns. Glock grip angle will not cut it for me.
Haha sounds like its still a winner
I see that Black scout light🧐

Least delusional glock user
Besides my firing pin breaking it's been good.
How many rounds did you have though it when the firing pin broke?
Complimenti ottima recensione……👍
I am about to become a first time gun owner. Besides the subject CZ, I'm also considering the Canik METE mc9, Smith and Wesson Equalizer, Ruger Security 380. I want a compact, home defense gun that's fun to shoot at the range. Which would you recommend? Thank you!
You know it!!
Is the slide (still) difficult to release on an empty mag?
No, not at all.
I rack it, take out mag and there is always extra loose round falling out of mag well wtf that might be ? 🤔 any idea?
That is weird. Maybe a mag problem?
The main thing I don't like about Glock is the polygonal rifling that you cannot shoot lead out of. Who wants a gun that you can't shoot lead out of? Plus Glocks stock sites are plastic. The CZ p10c has a better design but it was discontinued so owning one is basically for collectors. It's a different story for first time buyers. I personally would suggest the original Smith & Wesson M&P. It has good ergonomics a decent trigger and good sights a good bore axis and it's been in use since 2005 and is still in production. Not to mention the fact that Smith & Wesson is American made. I feel it's necessary to support well made American Firearms
CZ always where good guns and priced reasonable.
Definitely can attest to that!
Can't go wrong with a CZ
I concur....especially if your an older shooter used to a proper grip angle as J.M. Browning and God intended, the CZ is much better than the Glock. If your a newer shooter, either would be good. Both are extremely reliable, reasonably priced, and more accurate than most people can shoot them. Glock triggers do pretty much suck out of the box though....But....without training....it doesn't really matter....Oh...one other thing.....the P10C will fit most Glock 19 holsters....
CZ makes a P10C with an optics cut though I have found it hard to find. It is hard to beat the P10C ergonomics and point ability .
Check out grabagun they have the p10 C and F
@@craig8764 Thank you fine sir.
I got a P10c and love it, dont own Glocks and never will but hands down P10c > Glock. Send my P10c slide to Jagerwerks for chaffer serrations and optic cut, add the HBi 15% reduction striker spring and that's all you need for upgrades but not necessary.
Hmm, I will have to look into that! Thanks for the tips!
I own the P10C and G45 MOS. While I like the P10C a little more both are excellent guns
@@RepentorPerish77 I personally dont own any Glocks due to my first gun being a M&P 1st gen and now owning the 2.0's along with the P10 series, both are great guns, very reliable, flat shooters with lil recoil and excellent for new shooters.
@@awokeone7997 l do love my Shield Plus!!!
It's obvious this guy isn't an industry expert. The CZ P10C is probably the best striker fired pistol available today, the Glock is great but lacks the accuracy of the CZ and has a less than desireable grip angle for most.
I would hope I'm not an expert! I never claimed to be. This opinion is purely from a user standpoint.
I wish I could've added a CZ-75 to my collection
That would be a sweet addition!
@@AlaskanFrontier1 my Glocks would hate me if I did. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
My two glocks are permanently in my safe and now I carry a P10C or my new CZ75 omega
Save up and do so, worth every penny. Found a NIB 75 PCR for $550.
Are these gu s safe!?! Whats the deal with a couple vids saying the striker block doesnt work all the time!!?
They are. It was earlier models they have been corrected for years
@@AlaskanFrontier1 like pre 2018 models I'm guessing. I bought mine late 2019 or early 2020 it's fde as well hoping it's safe
@@stayvigilant7856 pre 2017
@@AlaskanFrontier1 thanks for your help and response brother.. nothing worse that fearing to carry a gun you love. Though I've never heard any stories of any cz pistols shooting by themselves lol
Zdravím z české republiky.
I don't think the guide rod is steel. Seems like polymer. Nevertheless, I love my p10c.
Hmmm I'm not sure
Supposedly the Gen 2 was a steel rod
Doesn’t like hollow points. Bought one in March and the gun completely seized up after chambering a 124 grain HP. Had to send it to CZ twice and I have to say now it shoots very reliably. I’ve put 1,000 rounds through so far and it’s been extremely reliable. But that catastrophic failure is still In the back of my mind so back to Glock it is
I wouldn't necessarily call that a complete failure. Especially if it runs now. I only have a run about 7 rounds of 5 different hollowpoints through mine. My P09 didn't like the Double Tap Equalizers, but my P10C ate everything flawlessly. I only have about 200 rounds total through the P10C. But I really like it so far.
@@Catgat37 so CZ apparently says that some of the p10c are assembled in Czech Republic so the barrel only accommodates the European standard which is 115 grain FMJ they can’t own hollow points. Now that the barrel is modified to American standards it’s the best shooting striker fired pistol I’ve ever owned. Not one hiccup I carry it every day and couldn’t be happier. But I do have the 48 mos now so….😅
@@michaelmcneil9149 mine was made in Czech Republic 🤷♂️
Update now I am getting my money back for the p10c. Dead trigger, failure to lock back after the last shot fired, failure to eject. Not a reliable gun.
@@michaelmcneil9149 That really sucks. I personally did not feel comfortable with the flimsy firing pin safety. Traded it and went back to Glock. Trying to not stray too far from Glocks now, I trust them....regardless of how gross that makes me feel. I did however buy a Walther recently because it was too good of a price to pass up.
319 KYGUNCO
You know it!!
P10C for Men glock for the confused 😂
Hipster gun 😂
Glocks are trash
No, it doesn't take that much to redo sites, and it's really not that hard to do a trigger on it. An etc, that's just a little bit more than it takes to do it Glock, so yeah, it's harder, but at the same time, it's nothing that extends that you're gonna get all messed up over. The biggest issue with the whole weapon system is the role pins. They should have went with solid pins on everything like Glock canik, sig and a lot of other Weapons.
Manufacturers
This is a fair point
