This week I will be uploading a few of my shop made tools and today I want to show you my own easy to make Wolverine sharpening jig and the setup I use.
Mike you are way to kind but thank you very much, Well I did try a couple of designs but this one is a keeper. It handles my new shop made 3/4 bowl gouge just fine.
Hi Albert, I'm catching up on your videos and really enjoying your precise, elegant, builds. I will be copying a lot of your ideas and will make sure I give you credit on any video I make afterwards. It's 3.30am here but I don't mind that I can't sleep because I'm loving your videos. Thank you. Best Wishes, Brendan.
BMac Woodturning Thanks Brendan I am glad you liked it and that it gave you some ideas. I hope to see what you make. Thanks for your continuous support my friend.
@@AlFurtado no problem... i made mine to work with a belt sander so i actually think i may have to shorten it quite a bit. I made it 7" but now that ive played with it i see that there are alot of variables
Thank you my friend. Jeff the angle is about 45 degree on the stem but no mater what that angle is you can achieve your grind angle by how close or far you plate the tool in it/ You can match it up against something you have established or make a small adjustment to your liking. I think I need to make a video making another one soon. See you next time. Take care
Great design idea, but the best part that i can see is that it can
be made without any welding........Brilliant !!!!!!! thanks Al.
Yeah I try to saty away from anything that involves welding as my mig isn't working LOL
Well Al its going to work better than mine as mine does not exist!!! lol.
Hi Albert,
Just wanted to say thanks for the help & that there's nothing better than makin something yourself & be proud of it! Nice job!
