The new range of Alpinestars Venture XT riding gear has just arrived in SA. We popped into Langston Motorsports to show off the new gear.

great run through of the gear. I'm searching for gear for a long bike trip through south east asia and I'm considering getting this jacket. How does it perform in hot/humid weather? Is the airflow as good as a mesh jacket would be?

No ventilation on pants? Will they fit knee braces? And for hot weather the set does not look ideal...

What size pants would I order if I was a size 34 waist

Pants sizes are pretty accurate so you would be good with a 34👍🏻

Is there a way to remove
the shoulder and elbow armour? You said the armour was upgradeable ?? I just bought one and theres no way to remove it!! I wear level 2 under armour and this is now to tight in elbows. Will have to return it😢 otherwise it wouldve been perfect. Your review is misleading.

Apologies I found the way in to remove the armour , woke up and had another l9ok it's from the flap on the inside at the lower part of the middle of the back. You have to pull th3 sleeve back through this flap to get the armour in and out. Normally it's just pulling the sleeve inside out bit on this jacket you uave to go the the flap. Used it today and I really like it now.b
