Great video - really helped w/ my install! FYI -. An M8 bolt (or threaded rod) w/ a 5/16" 12 point socket, a nut and some washers also will work as a press and won't gum up the brass. It'll also push out the t-motion part as well.
Heck ya, glad it helped dude. I’ve used the bolt socket and washer method my whole life on other things as well. Bolts make the best press in tight areas where we can’t use other means.
Nice vid. I'm waiting for my new Doo after 5 years on an Axys, so I'll see how I like T-motion... Now just get a Camso or Composite track to get rid of the Flex Edge and have a real rigid chassis!
I agree with that on the track. My track is pretty toast, so I’ll either upgrade my sled or track, whichever comes first lol thanks for watching brother!
@@DanMX2112 Oh, right on. Ha, yeah go for the sled upgrade, haha. Track would be much, much easier on the wallet though, lol. I borrowed my friends XM for a few trips and really liked it. The next season he got a G4 and it was a totally different animal. Way better. You seamed to also really like the Lynx in your test ride vid. I hear they are awesome.
Should i get it on my freeride 850 i think on trail its like a snake feeling when the back end whobbles left and right do you need to strenghten the arm anything?
I would give it a shot, and no you don’t need anything else. This kit has been amazing for me and takes that “snake” feeling away on the trails and made is so much more predictable on the mountain. Love this setup!
Either way, it relies on that arm or (triangle) after the few degrees of travel with the T Motion, so I doubt it strains it much more, if at all. Thanks for watching!!!
Absolutely loved it, so much more stability and they sled just tracks well. I'm gonna recommend anyone do it after such a positive outcome, for sure! Changed the sled and I love it so much better!
It’s a mountain sled and non of the mountain sleds have wheels other than bogey and top wheels anymore. The MXZ and other trail sled do, but we just have to be careful to not ride the trail as much as possible. Deep powder the rails stay cool and lubricated just fine.
You can use a C clamp to press the old ball joint out and press the new bushing in
Idk if you’ll have enough torque, but it may work just fine! Thanks for the suggestion!!!
I did it it works . Slid right out and the new one right in. Like butter
Heck ya, good to know, that’s a common tool most people will have! Thanks for sharing, I’ll pin this!
Using the 3 jaw puller is completely GENIUS
That’s what I thought, thanks Will!!!

Do they make a true T motion delete for a 18 G4?
Yes they do, ZBros makes a good one!

I noticed you don’t have any idler wheels. Did you remove them? How do your sliders handle that? TIA.
how did you find the delete did it work better
Oh yes, love the handling now!

It won’t eventually break the triangle ? or the arm ?

Put that on my 2021 and don't regret it
Makes a massive difference in the way the sled handles. I don’t regret it eaither!
Hello Daniel... What happened on the ride after????????
Absolutely loved it, so much more stability and they sled just tracks well. I'm gonna recommend anyone do it after such a positive outcome, for sure! Changed the sled and I love it so much better!
@@DanMX2112 Thanks Daniel. Got one ordered....
Wow. That posted 3 times for some reason! Sorry!
