Hi Bradley, It is so strange and at the same time cool to see you explore my city. I shop at Torvehallerne regularly and used to live right across from it. It’s funny how you’re envious of the spread when I all too often drool like an infant at the thought of going back to Texas and having proper BBQ again. I hope you enjoy Copenhagen and thanks for the great bbq content. Also, I need a Chudbox in my life! I am currently trying to extend the distance between the coals and the grate on my Weber. We all need some of that direct - not too intense - cooking. Best, Emil from Copenhagen
Walked the markets just like this in Italy and Spain. I know it sounds silly, but its a life changing experience! I could spend the money to return to Europe almost solely to spend hours in the markets eating fresh tapas. But for today: Kroger. 😭
Loving this video, only half way through, I’m UK based , but Copenhagen I love….. but so hope before the end of this you guys go to WarPigs .. best BBQ and Beer there ..
Great video. Thanks. Putting that market on my list…. also appreciate Bones commentary a lot. He should participate more. Seems very honest and approachable.
I've been following you for years, and amazing to see you guys in my home country! But damn, I was really surprised to see you guys drinking beer from Bad Seed Brewing!🤯 I'm the head brewer, so it was really fun to see Evan drinking our Neu School Pilsner, hope he dug it!🤘 I actually thought you guys would have visited WarPigs in the meat packing district. It would've been fun to see your thoughts on their BBQ😜 Anyhow, great video Chud!🤘
Watching all these food adventures the Chud's Team are having is salivatingly avarice-inducing. Especially when the state of my kitchen is presently lacking much in the way of choices. The food at Baest was my top choice, but-- literally-- every other meal these guys had was drool-worthy!
So nice that you guys have visited our city :) Love it too, and the great thing is that you can have a smoker in the garden here in Valby(where Carlsberg is from)
@Chuds make visiting the main fresh produce market a must do in all European cities if you liked the Copenhagen market. You missed a couple of good ones in London but they are everywhere in mainland Europe, every decent sized town in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, etc. They all have slight variations.
Spent ten days on a mission trip in Koge, Denmark in the summer of 2008 helping to prepare the Logos Hope for seaborne ministry. We had a chance to spend a day in Copenhagen and enjoyed every bit of it. I took a photo of a sea of bicycles outside of the train station. Denmark was the absolute most expensive country I have ever visited and I have been all over Europe and the Mediterranean. Darlington, South Carolina
Hey Bradley, I truly hope you found inspiration in Europe to bring back home and like to repeat my plea to make more gourmet dishes rather than the same variants to sausage, burger or brisket ;) There is so much out there and I know it will take some adjustment from your UA-cam audience but hey, give it a shot.
They are call’d frikadeller not swedish Meatballs !!! Swedish meatballs are a copy product from china!!! The only original thing to ever come out of sweden is abba 🤣🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰 4:45

How did you not get to WARPIGS!?!
War pigs is such a great spot and that taco place is amazing as well (run by a former noma chef)

Not gonna lie, when you put the camera into the paper bag of cheeses, I tried to smell them through the monitor.
Bradley is a Lori Lightfoot supporter!!
Come to Germany!
Always wanted to go!! Looks amazing 🎉
I would love to see you and Evan do your take on a Texas Barbecue Smørrebrød.
I'm still waiting for a big youtuber to buy every type of fruit wood for smoking and compare every type
Caution: Do not watch this episode on an empty stomach.
Had that style hot dog buns in Poland, love them. Want to make some myslef!
I have some distant cousins in Carlsjev, Holte
Who paid for that first meal because my sister just went to Copenhagen and just a slice of bread with some toppings is 20 euro?
Do you guys just go to restaurants and tell them to start serving stuff?
tends to be how it works when chefs go out to other chefs restaurants. have them send you whatever is good and they'll send you what they're proud of
💤💤💤💤
In the first shot of the accordion player, it sounded like he was playing the Band of Brothers theme.
Hey man, great trip in Europe so far, very entertaining to watch.
Are you coming to France in the next days/weeks ?
Should have gone to the Carlsberg Brewery!
I want to move to Copenhagen with Bones!!
How, I see you made it to Copenhagen!!! I was married in Copenhagen in 1990.. enjoy and try the beer and not the Miller Light 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Brad why ain’t your wife there!?
👢🐍
There is definitely something wrong with you guys when you go for a Miller Lite while in Denmark...
Brad needs to release a "He Bitch Brisket" sandwich.
