I’ve been suffering from plantar fasciitis for four months or so, affecting my mobility drastically. I stopped taking my dogs on walk, I stopped hiking, I hated waking through a grocery store. After one week of these exercises there was a dramatic difference and I’m having pain free days. If I skip a day I can feel the pain start to come back, so now I’m making this 20 minute video a priority! Thank you so much.

I have done these exercises every night for one week and there is a huge improvement. Before, my pain level was at 7/8, now it is about 2/3. Yesterday I went on a 3-mile hike and only had some mild discomfort at the end. I never could have even attempted this hike before I had done these exercises! Thank you so much for your help!
There is no way possible to express my gratitude for this video. I have been doing the stretches and massage for a week now and I have actually had 3 totally pain free days for the first time in 4 months. Absolutely amazing.

Having started practicing yoga and doing your practise has helped massively and I’m excited to say that I might be able to go back to dancing. I just wanted to say thank you it’s changed my life.

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for nearly a year now. Everything I have been doing has not worked. I just found your video and I am going to start tomorrow because just standing and trying to walk is very difficult everyday. Thank you so much for making this video a available to all who suffer from this condition. I will let you know how it has helped after a week.
Dr Melissa Oleson I am from India.. I saw your video for plantar Facitis and did this for two days and my pain is gone like it was never there.. I was in so much pain.. i couldn't even walk.. it worked like magic.. Thank you 😊
Hi, I’ve had planters fasciitis for three years and I want to commend you for giving this video to people like me. I've tried everything possible to rid myself of this foot pain but nothing worked until I ran across your video. This has stopped me from wearing my favorite shoes so I can’t dress the way I desire to. You are a blessing and I appreciate you. 😊
I've been battling plantar fasciitis for two years now. The exercises my podiatrist suggested I do and the shoes I bought only helped a little. Since doing these exercises the last few days I've already noticed a huge difference and it's been such a massive relief. Thank you so much for these.

After doing some races last year I developed foot pain that seemed to be PF but was never diagnosed. It kept me from hiking and running , which were my outlets, all summer. Thank you for this video. it has helped tremendously. I’m now back to training for a race and hoping that keeping this video in my rotation will help keep the pain at bay.
From time to time my fascia in the foot start to hurt. Usually it takes min. 1 week to get better. These exercises helped me get immediate relief! Thank you so much!
Thank you for this video. I recently developed plantar fasciitis and have tried a number of treatments. Rolling my calves with your ball-and-block combination helped immediately, as did rolling over the ball on the bottoms of my feet. I especially appreciate the pace of your video - slow enough so that I didn't fall behind or get out of sync with your demonstrations. I subscribed and Liked and look forward to more of your videos.
Thank you for these exercises, but my question is, can we practice a normal life with a fasciitis infection, for example, run or work? I suffer from pain only when I am standing still for a short period. I suffer from the injury a year ago, but I can run and practice life normally.
I'll refrain from calling you the Messiah, but during the first session, when we did the golf ball roll, I could feel how tender the spot was and that we were possibly on to something. I immediately felt more balanced and the tension in my foot had relaxed so exponentially. I woke the next morning and while I still had heel pain and what feels like knives poking my heel, I could walk without limping. After two nights of this routine, I woke up with almost no pain. Just the simple advice of spreading your toes has made a world of difference. I took a day off from the routine. I did the routine again this evening and the tender spot on my arch has improved so much. I know it'll take time to truly heal and rehab. But I have been stretching and rolling, icing, using a night splint and massage gun. All those things helped to varying degrees, but this is the only thing that really feels progressively better. (I got a cortisone shot and considered getting another one, but I knew if I did, I would fall into the habit of not rehabbing my foot/calf and wearing crappy shoes.) I am so so grateful for this video and your expertise.
This is so amazing and thank you for sharing! Way to go putting in the work and working on your feet and calf muscles. Keep up the great work and please keep us posted with how you heel if feeling 💕
Thank you for this video! I’ve been struggling with PF for over a year and have tried lots of interventions. I can feel a difference after doing this video after just 3 days.
Love your exercises! I have done them about half a dozen times now and my feet always feel so good afterwards. I can definitely see my plantar days coming to an end - thank you. ❤
Thanks so much for these exercises, I have had two sets of physio's, have seen a foot consultant and still had unbearable pain. Started doing these exercises in hope that would help a bit and the difference I have seen in my plantar faciatis is so great. It's almost gone and I can start running again. Thanks so much for this video. I can confidently say is the best video of it's sort on you tube.🙏

I am from Mumbai and suffering from PF since a month. Getting worse. I did not use the brick and ball but massaged my calf with using my thumb. The instant relief is amazing. Sometimes the pain is unbearable! Thanks so much for the calf thing !
Phenomenal video, I blame it on years of safety boots, my feet and now calfs and thighs are in bits . Those toe stretches revealed a massively sensitive and tendor muscle along the big toe. I am a bit alarmed at how many loud clicks, snaps and pops are emminating from my feet , it feels like tendons in my feet are all misaligned 😮
So glad you enjoyed this video! Yes the shoes we wear can impact our feet so making sure we do mobility and deep feet strengthening exercises can help. Keep up the great work!
I am anxious to try this routine. I have been dealing with crippling pain for about 5 months. I am and avid tennis and pickleball player and I have had to shut it all down. I am in account management so I drive and walk on concrete floors all day so it’s difficult to heal. I have tried physical therapy, different exercises with not much success. Lately, I have been doing electric shock wave treatments. I sure hope this helps so I can get back to the activities that I love.
Way to go! You are doing all the things. I also have clients doing shock wave treatment for plantar fasciitis with relief. You'll have to keep us posted with how these exercises go! We love using toe spacers as well to keep working on the mobility in the foot and looking further up the chain at hips, pelvic spine, core... We also have more videos addressing foot pain and connections to further up the chain you might enjoy. Keep up the good work!
These exercises seem to be making a difference for my plantar fasciitis less than 24 hours after first trying them, and despite my amateurish attempts. Thank you
Hi! I’m healing from vaginal birth. It’s almost been a year but I still have tightness in my pelvic floor and plantar fasciitis. Thank you for confirming that the two are connected. I keep telling my PT this but not getting what I want. Thank you for confirming that my intuition is correct.
Always stick with your intuition! You know your body best! Everything is connected and the hips is another area with connections to both feet and pelvic floor. We have a video on foot pain and pelvic health that you might enjoy too! Keep you the great work you've got this 💪💕
Dr. Olesan, greetings from Singapore and thank you for sharing the video. After doing it for four days, my plantar fasciitis is so much better on both of my feet. There is still an aching and sore pain 2 fingers down the ankle of my right foot sometimes when I wake up in the morning or when I have walked too much. I would appreciate it if you could recommend some video exercises to me.
Glad you found this video helpful! We have lots of other videos on foot pain that you can search for on our channel that you might enjoy. Keep up the great work!
I just found your video ! My PF is causing other problems now in my left foot( the beginnings of hammer toes) I have swelling at the base between my second and third toe and I know it’s due to this issue. Grateful to have found you on this channel
I had a reduction in my feet issues ( from bad 8/10 to ok 2/10 ) after doing this for 10 straight days each morning. I plan on continuing to do this as part of my start of the day rituals
Hi, is there a connection between plantar fascitis and lower back pain? I suffer a lot form lower back pain and stiffness, which one of your video may you suggest me? Thanks so much! @@DrMelissaOleson
I can't believe how much of a difference this had made to my plantar fasciitis in less than 2 weeks. I wish I had seen this earlier instead of struggling with PF for over 2 years. thank you.
This is helping my feet so much. I have been in intense pain and since doing this video I believe this is my fourth time it's improved substantially. I'm going to add this to my regular workout routines once I get back to everything. I also have been wearing better shoes and not going on as many morning walks. I'll be able to get back at it all soon thanks to your help! Thank you thank you!!!!
Yes, more videos on how to get rid of my three years of plantar fasciitis I have tried everything except surgery. It is my driving foot and I volunteer for too many things and have not home support to not be able to do anything for minimum of 6 months..

The simplicity of your exercises are commendable and such quick relief... Astounding🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. Million thanks from India❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
Thank you so much for sharing this information! I thought I needed orthopedic surgery or something! I’ve been waking up in the morning lately with my arches so tight that I limp like an old man immediately when I get out of bed. (I’m 37 as I post this comment.) I thought your body just kinda broke down and atrophied as you age and pain is a part of life. But turns out there are simple, inexpensive, highly effective exercises you can do at home that magically unlock your aching foot muscles, no surgery or medicine needed? And I don’t have to go to the doctor and pay for a visit? You saved my feet! 👣 Thank you again! 👏👏
Thank yo so much for sharing! So happy to hear that you found relief with these exercises! And we don't have to deal with aches and pains as we age there is sooo much that can be done to help! Keep up the great work!
I suffer from Plantar Faciitis on my right foot since last year. Now on my left foot because of compensation and now suffer on BOTH!! I am followed by a specialist surgeon but with all the treatments he now wants to operate and I am trying to find another way before doing this drastic operation!
We have a number of different foot pain relief videos on our channel and even one talking about the connection between the feet and pelvic floor! Keep up the good work and so awesome you are exploring all the options💕💕
Hi thanks! If i have plantar faciitis in one foot do I still need to do both sides. And also when you do the exercise where you are on one knee forward and bending to the side which is helping the plantar the front leg or the one that is bent back. The last exercise also which is helping the plantar faciitis the foot that is on the mat or the foot that is going back and forth. I Hope i don't sound confusing, i'm just trying to figure out how to just work the one foot that has the plantar and not both feet and cut down on the time it takes to do this, trying to do the exercises 2 or 3 times a day so i only want to work the one foot that has the plantar.
Great question! I typically have my clients do both sides to keep everything even. It's more about getting to the cause of the pain verses just trying to take care of 1 side. I totally get the time factor so tell my clients if short on time do 1 side, but try to occasionally work both. The kneeling exercise it's not specific to 1 side it's looking else where for tightness that could be contributing like the hips. That nerve glide is to be felt down the front of the leg that is in the back. The last exercises the foot that is on the yoga mat is the one that is working on the mobility. Keep up the great work! We also have lots of other foot pain videos you might enjoy!
@@DrMelissaOleson thanks so much. And I see another one of your plantar videos that's 11 minutes so I will do that one in the morning and this one at night. Thanks soooo much! Only 3 days and I see a big difference already!

I recently could feel a flare up of shin splints and plantar fasciitis and after this session I felt instant relief. I think it works just as well as the normal exercises with the added benefit of being more mindful.
At the start of the video on my first day in reply to ‘spread your toes’, my feet were ‘hahaha, nope’ 😂but now after a few days I’m definitely seeing improvement and my feet aren’t hurting as much. Thank you! (I’m definitely going to stick with these stretches)
I have been suffering with PF for months. I’m super frustrated because it want go away impacting my quality of life. I tried this routine this morning for the first time. By the end, I was able to spread a few toes. I’m looking forward to seeing how this routine helps, I feel hope. How many times daily should I do this routine? Please share any other foot, ankle , calf routines for foot pain.
Glad you enjoyed this video! We have several other videos on foot pain on our channel you can search through. Everyone is different with how frequently some do this daily some a few times a week, and some spread out more, it's all in what works best for you. Keep up the great work!
Great Video! Should I do this routine daily? Sorry if I missed that. Thanks! I’ve had plantar fasciitis for 20 years getting operated on in one month. I’d be happy to cancel it.
So glad you enjoyed the video! Yes, I have some clients that do these exercises daily and some tht do a few time a week. This is where listening to your body and what you are feeling coming into play. I also have a few other videos on Plantar fasciitis! Sometimes looking further up the chain can be helpful too what happens to the foot impacts what's going on at the hip and pelvis. There is a big connection between our feet & pelvic floor. Keep up the good work!
Amazing!! Keep up the great work! Everyone is different with some people doing these exercises daily, some doing them every couple or some when needed 💜
Dr. Olson - thank you for this video. I’m only second day in, but seeing some lessening of pain in walking, already. I do have a question indirectly related to the videos: My muscles tend to cramp easily, particularly calves and hamstrings. If stretching one muscle, the corresponding muscle group that is supposed to relax often cramps…, making me have to stop the stretch mid-process. Any suggestions? I’m a male, 65 years old, in good health and fit for my age. I am also subject to leg cramps at night. (My apologies to all if this is off topic.) Thanks.
Such a great question! A lot of my clients experience leg cramps, which can be from a number of different things so I always recommend checking in with your doctor for what is best for you. Hydration and electrolytes are a good place to start! It's recommended to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day. I have been working on this one and definitely notice a difference when I am dehydrated. Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much for making this available! I’ve been doing this for 5 days and the first 3 days and each time it felt better and better. Yesterday I had a bit of a relapse and wondering if I could be overdoing it. Can you explain what you mean by overhydrating? Thank you so much for offering this healing and being so engaged and encouraging. It’s really refreshing
You are welcome! So glad you are finding this video helpful! By overhydrating and doing too much, I mean rolling for more than 60 seconds in 1 spot. Sometimes people think more is better, but here more is not better 30-60 seconds with each technique is plenty.
I've recently acquired my very own case of PF and oh my God! I also have a bunion on the same foot and I believe that the bunion is the primary cause. I went to the doctor because the pain was so bad I couldn't even walk. He had zero suggestions for the plantar fasciitis and when I told him I needed to think about and get affairs in order before surgery, he jumped up out of his chair and told me call him when I was ready and he walked out the door. No recommendations... Actually that's not true, after pushing his fat porky finger into the most painful spot of my foot, he told me I needed to stretch. Him sticking his finger in my foot was so painful I busted out into tears. I'm going to follow this and I will check back in in a week.
Yes please keep us posted with how these exercises go! We also have lots of other foot pain relief exercise videos on our channel! Keep up the great work you got this!

Thank you for these exercises. It didn’t heal my plantar fasciitis in one week but I have definitely seen some improvement. When I first started, I had excruciating pain in my heel, worse in the mornings, but still all day and could barely walk. Pain is tolerable now but standing or walking for more than 5 minutes is still very painful (I also have a heel spur). I will continue this every morning in hopes that I can get back to walking a decent distance soon! 😊

Hello there . My mental health is terrible as I had plantar in my left foot now I have it in my right . I have autistic son and finding life very hard to be mobile When all I want to do is stand and walk . Will these help me moving forward and getting my life back together again
Do you have any suggested alterations for someone with pudendal neuralgia? I felt the nerves heating up a bit when going through these. I’m guessing it’s the part where I rock back and forth with the toes on the floor in the kneeling position? Or maybe the part with one knee bent, hip ticked and stretching to the left? Thanks for any help! Definitely like this sequence and would love to be able to fix this 9+ month pain!

Thanks for the video. Do you use percussion massagers? I just started using a Theragun and I was surprised how quickly my foot pain went away because I started using it for ankle and hip mobility.
I have a number of clients that use the theragun in combination with the rolling and mobility work. And yes, definitely going further up the chain is where I often find the root cause of the foot pain. Toe spacers can also be super helpful! Keep up the good work!
@@DrMelissaOleson Can you speak more about toe spacers? For context, I have toe mobility issues due to bunions on both feet. Thanks! I'm 3-days in and am feeling some relief from PF and really tight calves.
@@nancyosgood7584 Such a great question. I LOVE toe spacers and recommend them to the clients I work with especially who have bunions. The spacers help with the mobility in your toes as well as building up strength in the deep intrinsic muscles (the ones help with arch in your foot). @@DrMelissaOleson Thanks so much for the speedy reply. I'll check out the video and get some spacers! On day 4 of the week commitment to your video. I'm feeling relief. Grateful to you!
These look great. I'm going to try them soon. I have a question, if I only have fasciitis in one foot, do I still need to do the exercises symmetrically or just the affected side is enough? Thank you!! :)
Awesome! Cannot wait to hear how they go! It all depends, I have my clients work on both sides, but if they are short on time focus on the side that hurts.
Absolutely, there are always ways to modify exercises. For the kneeling exercises, the hip stretch can be done in standing verses kneeling. The kneeling on stretching the toes could be done standing placing the big toe on a ball and the other 4 toes off the ball to get that same type of stretch. That exercise is in another one of our foot pain videos. Keep up the great work 💗
Great question! Everyone is different and it all depends on how you are feeling and listening to your body. I have some clients that do these 1 x day some that do it 2x day some that do it evert couple of days. Keep up the great work!
Hi Dr.Oleson,I'd like to know how often would you recommend these excercises be done?Once a day, every few hours or whenever we are feeling an unusual amount of pain? Thank you for this information ♥️🌼
Great question and everyone is different. Some do these exercises daily, some every couple, and some when they need them. Listening to your body is key. When having symptoms doing these more regularly/daily can give better relief. Keep up the great work 💕
Dr. Pl help me. I am having severe pain on mt right leg. Top of the outer thigh to the ankle. I am doubg yoga regularly. I do the excercises you have shown for PF.
Thank you for these exercises, but my question is: Can we live a normal life with a fasciitis injury? For example, do we run or work? I suffer from pain only when I stand still for a short period of time. I suffered from the injury a year ago, but I can run and practice life normally... The other thing is: I do B Doing dry cupping in order to bring blood to the area of injury. Is this right or wrong?
Hi there! I’ve had many clients get back to their regular activities after plantar fasciitis. It’s all about learning what’s causing the symptoms: how the foot is being loaded, mobility of foot, strength of deep intrinsic muscles, & even pelvic floor.
Thank you for joining me! Remember that consistency is key so keep up the good work! Let me know any questions you have about plantar fasciitis below!

Dr Melissa Oleson I am from India.. I saw your video for plantar Facitis and did this for two days and my pain is gone like it was never there.. I was in so much pain.. i couldn't even walk.. it worked like magic.. Thank you 😊
Thank you so much for sharing with me. I am so happy it worked for you and you found relief! Keep up your awesome work. 💕
Do you have any videos for a person with fallen arches? I would really like to try to get back into my high heels.
This comment made our day - so happy you have found some relief !!! We appreciate you too 😊
I've been battling plantar fasciitis for two years now. The exercises my podiatrist suggested I do and the shoes I bought only helped a little. Since doing these exercises the last few days I've already noticed a huge difference and it's been such a massive relief. Thank you so much for these.
Heather thank you so much for sharing! So happy to hear you found these exercises helpful! Keep up the fabulous work! We also have several other videos on foot pain that you might enjoy as well. 💕
Hi, do you have a link to the shoes that helped? Thanks :)
So awesome! Glad to hear you have found this video helpful and are getting back to the activities you LOVE! Keep up the fabulous work you got this! 💗
From time to time my fascia in the foot start to hurt. Usually it takes min. 1 week to get better. These exercises helped me get immediate relief! Thank you so much!
Wohoo that's what we like to hear !!! So glad you have found some relief!
I’ve been suffering for 2 years ,I’m goi g to try this yoga ..looks great
I could feel the difference even after one session! Thank you so much!
So amazing! Glad you found this helpful!
Hi there! I am so happy to hear the video helped! Thanks for subscribing, keep up your awesome work.
(I got a cortisone shot and considered getting another one, but I knew if I did, I would fall into the habit of not rehabbing my foot/calf and wearing crappy shoes.)
I am so so grateful for this video and your expertise.
Amazing! So happy to hear this video has been helpful! Keep up the good work 💕
Thank you so much. I totaling enjoyed your video and will be sticking to it in hope of getting this pain gone.
You are welcome! So glad you are enjoying! Keep up the fabulous work!
Love your exercises! I have done them about half a dozen times now and my feet always feel so good afterwards. I can definitely see my plantar days coming to an end - thank you. ❤
This comment made our day, amazing you have seen such fantastic process and relief!
I see your comment was 6 months ago. How are your feet today?
Thanks so much for these exercises, I have had two sets of physio's, have seen a foot consultant and still had unbearable pain. Started doing these exercises in hope that would help a bit and the difference I have seen in my plantar faciatis is so great. It's almost gone and I can start running again. Thanks so much for this video. I can confidently say is the best video of it's sort on you tube.🙏
Thanks so much for your feedback, I am so happy I was able to help. Keep up your amazing work.
Instantly!! feeling better i've been nursing a plantar fasciitis on my left foot for a week now! WOW!! I will keep doing exercises Thanks

Give it a try and let me know how it goes! 💕
I am from Mumbai and suffering from PF since a month. Getting worse. I did not use the brick and ball but massaged my calf with using my thumb. The instant relief is amazing. Sometimes the pain is unbearable! Thanks so much for the calf thing !
So awesome, way to go using your hands to help release the calf muscle! Keep up the great work!
The exercises work great, and your voice is just so relaxing, I could listen to you all day😂
Awww thank you! So happy that you found the exercises helpful! Keep up the fabulous work!
I’ve had it for 37 years. So more videos please❤
You got it! We have several videos on our channel for foot pain, plantar fasciitis, and connections to foot pain like pelvic floor.
Thanks for the video... would love more suggestions on plantar fasciitis issues. Your exercises helped.
So glad you found them valuable !! Great suggestion more of those coming !
Getting rid of PF is high priority for me. It's my left foot and the left toes don't splay like the right ones ( less)
Awesome job being aware of the difference between the 2 sides! Keep up the great work you got this!
Same here left foot is so painful. And left toes don’t spread as good as right. Looking into getting toe spacers to walk in.
These exercises seem to be making a difference for my plantar fasciitis less than 24 hours after first trying them, and despite my amateurish attempts. Thank you
So happy to hear that, thanks for sharing! Keep up your awesome work.
This helped a lot . Thank you very much !!
You are welcome! So glad you found this helpful! Keep up the great work!
These are really helpful thorough stretches. They seem to stretch my whole foot effectively. Thank you.
Amazing so glad you found this one valuable !!
I’m so glad I found u! My foot feels like new even though I woke up w a lot of heel pain
Thank you for this
Amazing!!! Great job & so glad you found this class helpful!
Keep you the great work you've got this 💪💕
Thanks for sharing. So far nothing has worked for me and it’s been very frustrating. I will give this a go and see how I get on.
You're welcome! You'll have to keep us posted with how they go! You got this!
We are so happy to have you hear !!
I had a reduction in my feet issues ( from bad 8/10 to ok 2/10 ) after doing this for 10 straight days each morning.
I plan on continuing to do this as part of my start of the day rituals
You will have to let us know how you get on !!
Sunny, how do your feet feel now?
This is a great way to start the day! I like how it releases the feet. Thanks
Yay! So happy to hear it helped with your feet! Sometimes it that combination of ball work, nerve glides, and strengthening! Keep up the good work! 💕💫

I wish I had seen this earlier instead of struggling with PF for over 2 years. thank you.
AHHHHMAZING!!! We are so happy to hear that you have found relief from these exercises! Thank you so much for sharing and keep up the fabulous work!
AMAZING!!!! Keep up the good work. So happy to hear this video has been helpful for you💕
Yes, more videos on how to get rid of my three years of plantar fasciitis I have tried everything except surgery. It is my driving foot and I volunteer for too many things and have not home support to not be able to do anything for minimum of 6 months..

Hi yes we do !! I have attached the link for you to try : ua-cam.com/video/baopf3vLhfk/v-deo.html
Thank you so much for sharing this information! I thought I needed orthopedic surgery or something!
I’ve been waking up in the morning lately with my arches so tight that I limp like an old man immediately when I get out of bed. (I’m 37 as I post this comment.)
I thought your body just kinda broke down and atrophied as you age and pain is a part of life.

That is amazing way to go ! So glad you felt some relief !! Absolutely mindfulness is so key
At the start of the video on my first day in reply to ‘spread your toes’, my feet were ‘hahaha, nope’ 😂but now after a few days I’m definitely seeing improvement and my feet aren’t hurting as much. Thank you! (I’m definitely going to stick with these stretches)
So amazing!!!! Way to go! Keep up the great work! You got this!
I loved this video, feeling some relief already. How often should I do these exercises? 🙂
Amazing!! Keep up the great work! Everyone is different with some people doing these exercises daily, some doing them every couple or some when needed 💜

Yes we have several other foot and ankle videos. Here is one of them ua-cam.com/video/gYq-3TK7Rd4/v-deo.html

Do you have any suggested alterations for someone with pudendal neuralgia? I felt the nerves heating up a bit when going through these. I am a long time yoga practioner, very flexible and yet with age I got this pain.
So many reasons for plantar fasciitis! I have also struggled with it in the past. Now I have a regular foot mobility and strengthening routine 💗
I have a few videos on bunions too ua-cam.com/video/vWI18QVhkhY/v-deo.html
Can these exercises be modified for those of us that can't be on our knees? Or on the ground?
Absolutely, there are always ways to modify exercises. For the kneeling exercises, the hip stretch can be done in standing verses kneeling. The kneeling on stretching the toes could be done standing placing the big toe on a ball and the other 4 toes off the ball to get that same type of stretch. That exercise is in another one of our foot pain videos. Keep up the great work 💗
How often a day should these exercises be done?
Great question! Everyone is different and it all depends on how you are feeling and listening to your body. I have some clients that do these 1 x day some that do it 2x day some that do it evert couple of days. Keep up the great work!

Hi mam, it's really useful video. Mam my weight is gaining coz i cant do exercise bcoz of pf. Can i do cycling with this exercise
