Jen, you're a gem. Thank you for sharing your ideas with us. Some people are so ignorant with their comments thus ignoring your disclaimer for the length of the video. I enjoy them regardless and use them in my housekeeping. Please do not abandon your followers that truly love and adore you. Keep being you and keep up the great organizing and housekeeping tips... I know you're not bragging. You're very detailed and slightly OCD (like me). I love it. Please make more videos.
hi jen! i'm watching all of your old videos! i have been a fan from the very beginning! it's so crazy to see how much you've "grown up" since this. i feel like you really grew as a person in your confidence especially. just letting you know i really admire you and your videos and seeing your family. god bless you
Great video as usual! I really like the way you store things underneath your kitchen sink and hang brushes and gloves from the cabinet doors. Also, I store my paper products in a kitchen drawer as well :-) Thanks for the tips! What a lovely kitchen you have. Looking forward to your fridge video!
Seeing your big kitchen reminds me of the one I had in Oklahoma mine in Iowa now is so much smaller. I've been watching your videos this evening and it has inspired me to get working on organizing my house better. I have looked at the container store online and now after seeing your things I want to go to one (closest one is 3 hours away). I look forward to more videos.
i bought a little drawer storage thing for my keurig at sam's club. you place the maker on top of the drawer, it as a nonslip surface and then the drawer slides out and has about 5 dividers so you can put the k-cups in sections based on tea, decaf, regular, iced, etc. I love it because it takes up virtually not space other than adding a little height to the "machine" haha :)
you are a huge inspiration to me. I got loads of tips from you and brought some stuff you have :) to organize my kitchen. So happy. Thank you for your videos. Don't ever change who you are. x
Wow I can't believe how similar we are. I've been shopping for furnitures late and the thought of how I will place certain things and where I should place them is so important. Funny because of one them is NOT HAVING my KNIVES on my counter either, it makes me nervous too. I love them in my drawer too, having a knife block is a must in my kitchen. Loving your videos!
Thanks for the lovely tour, Jen! Nice to have such a light and well put together kitchen! We use many of our drawers and cabinets in very similar ways to yours, but we lack a pantry cabinet in our smaller space. We do have our trash under the kitchen sink, which our N.Y. relatives call, "California Trash", lol. The only person I've known whom was more organized than you was my French friend, Annie, she even placed pressed linen towels under the food and beverages in the fridge!
@856Keren agave is a natural sweetener (similar consistency to honey). Integrative is a brand of supplements I was taking. The digestion pills were to help me break down my food better.
It's not bragging. Her kitchen is large that's a fact. She's making videos about how she organizes her home, and if she chooses to use things that are a bit expensive she can do that. Her videos gives us ideas on how to organize so then we can go out and look for similar things in our price ranges.
This is beautiful. Where did you get your clear containers that holds your forks, spoons and knives. It is beautifully done. i just love your utensil drawer with the clear containers that holds them.
This is so refreshing and not so white and grey. I've been looking for sooo many videos to help me organize but was not happy with anything because I have a lot of utensils some of which are at least 40 years old
Can I just say...I love your kitchen. Do you mind if I move in? Just kidding, but seriously this is the most organized and biggest kitchen ever and you have everything you could possibly want in a kitchen it looks like you spent a fortune on it.
I know it's weird but cloth nappys (diapers) will work great as kitchen towels @ 15.48 They're super absorbent, wash like rags and are forgiving with stains and other nasties that you don't want to wipe up with your nicer tea towels. They're also excellent to have on hand in the laundry for the same purposes, i.e. spills etc. And they last for ever! I've been using some of mine for over twenty years! However I'm not a fan of keeping wet tea towels under the sink. They don't dry properly and smell really rank when you pull them out to dry anything. They need a bit of air to dry, I usually put mine over the oven handle then they get a bit of warmth as well.
RE: Keurig refill storage -- did you know that you can purchase Keurig storage spinners? They stand on the counter hold around 20 cups, from memory. Failing that, buy a small spinning spice rack. your Keurig refills should fit in perfectly.
Hi jenn love ur videos, where did you get your kitchen and dishwasher mat, I love it and I also have hardwood floors in my kitchen and I am wiping all day!
The cabinet colors aren't what I prefer (I like the darker deep cherry wood) but your kitchen and store is the EXACT setup I want!!!! (And that granite!!!)
Hey Jen love your videos, just subscribed, where did you buy your spoon/fork organizers, the clear ones, they are lovely. Learning so much from your videos.
I really like your kitchen.Very organized and neat.Wish mine to be that organized. You inspire me to do so I hope very soon. Please keep on doing vids like this one(on organizing).......God bless.....
Jen, where did you get your stainless steel measuring cups in the first kitchen drawer? I love the curved handles, very ergonomic. And I can't seem to find any like that when I do an online search. Help! :)
Alligetter! How fantastic. Must get one. We're not supposed to use our "garbarators" here anymore. I believe they've made them illegal because all that raw stuff was ending up in Lake Ontario. They gave us "slop buckets" that sit on the counter top (talk about stinky and ugly) that we have to use instead. All the junk in there ends up in our "green" bins at the curb for recycling. Pain in the tush, but better for the environment.
There's an English DVD/ reality TV series that you might enjoy; it's called The Perfect Housewife with Anthea Turner. I bought it off Amazon and it's witty, informative, inspiring with a good dash of English 'tongue-in-cheek' humour.
Ok so i love organization i am 11 and i suffer from OCD you are an inspiration and i watch all your videos everyday. My mom doesnt really notice my OCD because its not a bad case but can you give me someadvice?
LOL...Jen you are so funny.. I swear you and I think so much alike. The no knives on the countertops because they make you nervous. THAT"S ME. I hate knives!!
Everyone's "warm and cozy" is a personal preference and feeling. Don't you think? And as to bragging about her Halloween house tour..I didn't see that all. She was sharing with us, pure and simple. You are sharing an opinion that is full of criticism. Why?
Fridge and oven situation is weird in this kitchen. They're usually not set side by side because when the oven is heated or heating up it of course compromises the fridge and freezer coldness. Also the junk drawer made me laugh, I've never seen one so tidy ;)
You don't really need half that space because you can manage with a lot less STUFF than she has and you will still have a place for all your needs because how many items does one need to cook a meal, even restaurants don't have as much as her
