Dishonest management might be why they've had so much turnover thru the years. They always have signs for HELP WANTED , especially BOH (Back of the house) - They specialize in BURGERS, but you got grilled cheese (three-slabs of different flavored VELVEETA-type cheese slices 😂) & a Hot-Dog 😂 - A place that specializes in BURGERS, I would stick to what they know, & not try turning them into bartenders (no matter what the menu claims they offer) - That said, I do ❤ love & appreciate your videos 👍

"No we are going charge you, for the shakes after all"..Not good, leaving the restaurant, with a bad feeling..Not an ethical way of doing business, and for repeat customers...The initial, "goodwill" was forever lost..My experience, with J.Rs. is an overpriced fast food franchise..Only feature missing, was the drive through..Subbed, and always a thumbs up!

I was so excited to see you went to Johnny Rockets 🚀 because I’ve been dying to see what was on the menu to eat…The sad part was I didn’t get excited to see the menu until you flipped over onto the back of the menu and it had kids meals and desserts 🍨.That was my favorite part except for the adult drinks 🍹 Lol ..What’s wrong with me 😂 I’m 50 years old and you can’t take me anywhere nice to eat ….I’ve never seen a Johnny Rocket’s I do love the vibe of the restaurant…thumbs up 👍

Actually not a big Johnny Rockets fan. I've always thought they were over priced for what you received. It's just average at best, I thought the quality of their food was always below average.
We ate at Johnny Rockets once and at best the food was barely average. Service was on the slow side but I do understand understaffing. What I don’t understand is when there is staff (possibly the management) that stands around and does little to nothing I don’t care what your level is if you’re employed in a restaurant and work needs to be done EVERYONE should be pitching in. We won’t return.
Everyone is short staffed thanks Brandon but no excuse for the way that was handled that being said we ate at several places in TV and all the food was bland 1 exception Red Sauce pizza my buddy says it's because of an elderly population that don't use spices idk I think maybe the water I'm buying a house there but will be eating at home or outside the bubble Thanks review

Dang! $43 for 1 hotdog, 1 cheeseburger and 2 shakes? Whaaatt?! But yeah, that experience was not the best at all. They have been struggling at that particular Johnny Rockets for quite a few months now with not enough workers. Just curious, how often do you guys eat out weekly? With the economy the way that it is, hubby and I find that we don't get to go out as much as we would like. Thanks for sharing your experience!
Yeah it was very expensive! Good question! So yeah it is expensive to go places, especially now with gas and everything. Usually we go once a week for a video and sometimes if we are spending a full day somewhere in FL we can get two meals in. If family is in town, usually they are wanting to try several places so in that instance, we usually eat out a few times a week. For the most part, we share and try to find places that won’t break the bank 😀 Thanks for watching!
I've eaten at JR's and it is bad. Fairly good review, however, I"m wondering how you could say that measly little grilled cheese sandwich was good when the cheese was barely melted and it wasn't oozing with gooeyness. Come on now.

At what point in your life did you decide ketchup on Grilled Cheese was a thing, lol😂. It’s fine, people get confused when I put potato chips on a fried salami sandwich with mayo. Everyone has different taste buds.
Is it true that in TV anyone under 35 yo can order off the kid's (children's) menu, if you just ask? Grilled cheese, hot dogs, and fries......isn't that kids menu stuff? Maybe that's why your 'adult shakes' took so long......they thought you were just kids and didn't bring your parents (grandparents) along. Go figure?

Take out the $24 for the “adult” shakes and the cost of the meals was maybe not that bad.
