The condo market in *CANADA* is getting annihilated because that is what a totally insane bubble truly looks like but as far as Florida goes still looks like a buyer's market market shift away from being a seller's market. Publix just made a massive dollar sized purchase anyways😊

A get your facts right. Children under 18 are only allowed for 30 days at a time visits in 55+ villages. There are family specific areas near the schools.

Yup. At least 90 minutes from MCO to The Villages. That singular fact turned out to be a significant problem for me.
