    Wow, Leah, you did an excellent job on this video. You are very articulate and provided lots of tips and detail on the process. While I almost never build someone else’s design, I think I will do this project as an way to get to know the shaper. Well done and thank you.

    End grain glues just fine. Great design

      Only when building a "well, actually." It doesn't hold as well. Just fine may be good enough for you, but professional designers know better.

      @@ChipPurvis I am a professional, and I'm not saying her design is wrong or flawed in any way, just her statement that end grain does not glue. That is simply not true. We all know that glue is stronger than wood. I does however take more force to break apart end grain glue than your long grain glue up, since your long grain will split before the glue. So Chip, facts are just good enough for me.
