At 70km /hr for 100km 18.
This is on maruti speedo meter readings.
In city I get about 10.8
But you can go as low as 8 not less until unless you are on 4x4 .

At 70 constant cruise control you can touch about 18,
City 9- 11 depends where you are driving but not less than 8 for sure
