Thank you!! The mixer is made by Bosch and is 6.5 qt. A lot of people LOVE their bosch mixer but I still prefer my Kitchen Aid. Bosch mixes much faster but only has 4 speeds (and no low speed). I use it in my videos because the top is open and better for videos. Its great but I actually use my kitchen aid the most.
im thinking of making these cookies for a close friend’s birthday and i dont own a stand mixer yet, would i be able to use a hand mixer for these instead?

Can I use this recipe for cookie cutter cookies? All the recipes I found for cookie cutter cookies….the sugar cookies seems dry. Yours seem so soft!
They are so soft!!! They don’t work as cutout cookies because they don’t hold their shape☹️
