Dude this is clean! Can you do a video on the intake/fuel set up you have? I’ve got a 54 bel air, engine and trans are in and I was going to do the sheet metal intake but your setup looks amazing!
Sorry I didn't see your comment earlier! I'll get a video of my current setup. Stay tuned and hit the notification on my channel. I'll try to get it recorded sooner than later.
I went with the S10 for the posi and disk brakes. Also the high number of forums that noted how well it fit. After playing around though I've discovered the S10 disk brake rear end doesn't fit if you're going to lower your car. The frame hits the brake calipers. I've had to swap the brakes and rotors for Camaro LS1 rotors and calipers
@@badomanclassics so after you put the Camaro rotors and calipers everything clears good? Were those parts easy bolt ons? What year of rear end and what year Camaro brake parts?
The 98-02 Camaro backing plates, parking brake assembly, calipers and rotors. You do need a spacer on the axle flange. There's about 1/16 clearance from the frame rail. You need to cut off the frame rail flange (1") and re-weld it. It's a tight fit. An axle that is 62" wide, mounting flange to mounting flange would be best if you were ok running a wheel with little offset. I prefer a bit of dish to my wheels though.
