    Great video. If your company is known as the subject matter expert, you will get customers through word of mouth and keep existing customers who are not price sensitive. Brian Chesky the founder of Airbnb, said the best advice he ever received was it is better to have 100 people who love you rather than a million people that sort of like you, so if you can find 100 people that love your product -- as long as there are more people like them in the world -- then you have an idea that I believe will spread around the world. But if you can't get 100 people who absolutely love your product, then you do have a problem.
    So the way to have people love your product is to understand your customers through asking clarifying questions and absolutely be the subject matter expert.
