    Great video. The willingness for an employee to collaborate with his colleagues and be inclusive can usually be determined at the interview stage. Asking behavior questions, such as tell me a time when you were not receiving the support from a member on your team to complete a project on time with important deliverables. A solid answer should be in STAR format of describing situation (S), describing the task/project (T), describing the action (A) you took to resolve the issue and what was the final result (R).

    During your regular employee reviews you should not be afraid to ask employees who has offered you the most and best support in your work. A collaborative employee should have the attributes of being a great listener, asking high value questions, showing empathy for the success of their colleagues, being trusted by all, has clear examples of inclusivity, and is willing to mentor/train.
