Very true. I was a quiet teenager, and happy as well, and other unhappy teenagers used to ask me why I was very quiet. I got a bad influence of talking too much like them and get into a lot of problems because of other person’s misunderstandings. Now I rather not speak because every word can be offensive. 🙏

Talking more also increases hyperactivity and then becomes hypertention. Its not good to talk a lot even for health. Peace of mind can be only acheived being silent and keeping calm.

Nice parable... Our natural state is pure Silence, but we are brought up in a society that depends in conventions. Silence is presence and in the market place you need to think and to calculate!! What do you choose? Going always outwards or inwards.. It's up to you. Blessings to everyone
