The Can Crusher 3000 (Or, How the New River Gorge Got a Little Greener)

One of the moments our guests look forward to the most is the ceremonial hoisting of beverages on the bus after a truly wild whitewater rafting trip. Dare we say, it has become a part of the culture of rafting almost as much as giant waves and huge smiles. But this also means we generate a lot of aluminum. Previously, we transported our fallen soldiers to a recycling center by the bagful. This led to a lot of gasoline being burned, because again...many, many cans. Well, not anymore! With the addition of the Can Crusher 3000 (not its actual name) we can now burn A LOT less fuel. And it's pretty fun to watch, too.

Except the recycling yard won't take them in cube form here in Spokane Washington because you can hide a lead brick in them.

Please spell out the name of the machine (no name given in description, and he said can crusher 3000 isn’t it’s real name). Gas powered would be a joke for occasional home users-a lot of stale gas
