This is a patchwork of the usual well thought out balanced brutal workouts. No regular breaks just edited together. Lots of "this is your last round" when it's not.

Ive been watching, training, and learning from Nate bower since I dropped from 249, down to 160, then back up to 178-183 now. And the one thing I have NOT been able to shake off is how high my punches are thrown. I get the concept of punches being straight out to where your opponents head and chin will likely be, but I feel I end up hitting the top of the head or over head for some reason. Any tips for really settling into proper targeting on the heavy bag?

Did this workout today, awesome as always! BUT.. I bruised my knuckle 😬 went a little too hard on the 1-3's and 2-3's. Not gonna lie the first round felt like overkill for my left hand, but the left hook felt so nice I kept punching. Will continue with your shadow boxing workouts for a few weeks. Thanks for the workouts 🦾🥷

Hey Nate! I really like your videos and I tried out some of your workouts and I like them. But what's been bothering me are those short 2's you are throwing. I'm a tall fighter so I doubt that I will ever use short 2's since I have to hold distance.
Nate, I've watched you for a long time but I'm not sure how I feel about re-uploading one of your old Ultimate Heavybag workouts and posing it as new. At least a modified variant of it would have been nice.
@@NateBowerfitness I did try it, my friend. The content is from an older workout. Even the comments about shovel jabs/triple jabs where certain people think you should jab a certain way. It's directly from one of your older workouts.

Nate love your workouts. I can tell you took segments out some of my favorite works you have provided, but the flow is way off on this one. You can tell it is multiple workouts put into one workout. Just some feedback, please keep trying different things it amazing to see how you videos have progressed.
