It’s difficult to advise on that as I’m not a nutritionist and also I don’t know your circumstances but generally when it comes to melasma, you’ve got to address both external factors such as limiting sun exposure, wearing sun screen, choosing the right skincare and also internal factors, such as diet, stress levels and liver function. In my opinion, the best way to nurture your skin is by eating a diet filled with plant-based foods and Mediterranean diet style nutrition, limiting processed food and sugar as much as possible. Also, take a look at your liver function as if it’s impaired, it may be affecting your skin. Hope this helps, Polina
Face massage is really good at improving the skin quality so yes this will help with making the skin look more bright. Not sure about losing tummy weight with acupressure - what really works is exercise and correct nutrition!
