"Mr." is used for adult men, whether they are married or single. It is short for "Mister."
It's important to note that the usage of these titles has changed over time, and in many countries, it's not as common to use them as it was before. In some situations, people prefer not to use any titles, and instead use only the first name. Nowadays, in most cases, people use "Mr", "Ms" and "Ms" as a form of address.
