Hi Parmita, Thanks for sharing these tips. I would want to know any tips or methods that you can suggest to take care of Grey hair. I only 38 and I have been facing this issue for the past 5 years. Chemical coloring agents have thinned my hair and exposed my scalp. Natural alternatives like henna and indigo leaves are making my scalp dry and I am not liking the brown tints and tedious process that I have to go through every alternate weeks as the color fades faster in case of henna/ indigo powder. My self confidence is coming down because of it. I truly hoping you can help me in this.
Try Khadi coloration! When you get experienced with the application it goes fast. I do it once a month approximately, it takes about 30 minutes to apply on my long and thick hair. Use a serum in between so your hair doesn't dry.

For me, it turned out to be a new allergy. Taking an antihistamine before bed has helped a great deal.
Don't stay on antihistamines long term. They will cause other problems. Just eliminate the allergen
