    0% interest rates are not good for anyone BUT this woman doesn’t care BECAUSE she has another agenda

      The title is misleading a bit. The journalists says "near zero", not zero

    Zero interest rates were a consequence of global central banks buying vast quantities of debt…it was artificially created. In a functioning economy savers would demand a price to lend or they simply would hoard money without incurring the risk of lending.

    Controls must be in place to borrow money. We are in debt because controls weren't satisfactory.

    The ECB normaly looks for 2% Inflation. Because of that there is no danger for Deflation or Hyperinflation. But i think a littel Deflation or under 1% Inflation would be good for the €, so that he gets more Value on the international forex Markets.
