Look out for an early TV appearance by the actor Mark Heap in the Crimewatch File episode
As a Brit (from Essex, no less - we sometimes went shopping at the Ipswich Tesco when on day trips) who has lived in Germany for 26 years, Mark Heap's accent and particularly the intonation is spot on. Anyone saying his performance is unbelievable is mistaken. He SOUNDS like a German speaking English and, dare I say it, also looks like a German. This is, imho, one of the top two Crimewatch Files (the Michael Sams one still being by far the best).
Crimewatch, Crimewatch File and Mark Heap in one video, pure heaven for me. Unless this is another banned episode of Brass Eye that I forgot about, in which case I'd still be chuffed.

John Leeson who plays the Tesco's manager provided the voice of K-9 in Doctor Who.

The talents of Mark Heap were somewhat wasted here...in the series _Jam_ his sickening character sells a house to a couple on extremely sordid terms - it was terrifying.
