Thank you so much for this and the other uploads! Nick Ross fails to mention they covered the Daniel Morgan case originally on Crimewatch on the April 1987 episode. The detective appealing for information is Jacqui Hames husband.
Crimewatch has played a pivotal role in British public service by engaging citizens in the process of solving crimes. For over three decades, the program's appeals and reconstructions have led to significant breakthroughs in some of the UK's most challenging cases. The collaborative efforts between the show, law enforcement, and the public have not only brought criminals to justice but also provided closure to many affected families. This synergy of community involvement and media has proven to be a powerful force in the fight against crime.
42:17 idc how good he was/is at his job, Paine was simply not cut out for tv imo. 3 years into the job and he still sounded like an 8 year old having to do their first presentation in front of the class most of the time. Nervous breathing very much included. Even in some of the pre-recorded appeals he managed to sound strained... And how is he seemingly always out of breath or in the midst of inhaling anyway? Hames, Bruce and Ross also made the odd mistake reading the autocue, but at least they always appeared to be calm and in control, whereas Payne did not.
A different approch to this. Until this episode here is the missing from UA-cam episodes. Do you have a list of all the Crimewatch Files and Solved episodes? I'm watching what's on here at the moment but don't have a list with all the dates/episodes
@@lisamarie.37 When Fanedit arrived and I think Unobtainable2 also had all of the remaining Crimewatch File episodes. So all of Crimewatch File is on UA-cam in its entirety. The Crimewatch Wikipedia article is good place. I haven't as yet conducted lists of Crimewatch File and Crimewatch UK Solved. There were also two 2001 episodes from the BBC Choice channel Crimewatch Daily. Unfortunately they've been removed within the last year or so.
@@ryanohara476 Thank you. I've just made lists for both. I've seen most of the files and I think there's only 4 episodes of solved not uploaded on youtube. I think I saw the CW daily episodes, did they have a blonde female presenter?
Only cowards rob old ladies in their homes.
Why are people so happy with their vulnerable, elderly relatives living alone, hundreds of miles away, behind doors that give way with 2 kicks?
Loving these 2002 uploads! Thanks OldStuff!

Wow thank you! I'm so pleased you have both June episodes from 2002!

Yes Jane Moore
tommy being shot, is terrible ...but him riding a bike around the streets is ok ?
May be it was over-shadowed a bit by what happened to Tommy and potentially more people 🙄
Did you see anyone condoning his behaviour?
I think the fact that people were being shot at may have superceded the fact he was riding a bike without insurance
I grew up on a council estate in the 80s and 90s and it is or was normal for us all to be riding crossers on the pavements and over fields
