      if you guys just saw me trying to film those videos... it is hilarious to watch but sometimes makes me want to cry. In my head, I am saying something but what is coming out is something different. Often I only find out after done filming and taking all the setup down. 😢

    Thank you for this video, I’m struggling with a flare up at the moment. The more pain I have the less sleep I manage. Movement is essential,
    if I over move I’m in trouble, if I don’t move enough I’m in more trouble. People don’t understand, as you often look well. To pace yourself is so very important, well for me it is. Good luck to all out there with fibromyalgia.💕 I love your personality, and the bloopers 😉

      Thank you so much for your heartfelt comment. I truly understand the delicate balance of life with Fibromyalgia. You are doomed if you do and you are doomed if you don't. It's so important, as you said, to pace oneself.
      . I'm glad my video could provide some comfort or support. And your comment about my personality and the bloopers brought a smile to my face! Laughter can be so powerful!
      Sending you lots of positive vibes and wishing you good days ahead.💕

    How do I bring up fibromyalgia with my doctor ?

    • @tt_looking_glass
      @tt_looking_glass  3 місяці тому

      Bringing up fibromyalgia with your doctor is an important step towards getting the support and treatment you need. You could start the conversation by mentioning the specific symptoms you've been experiencing, like chronic pain, fatigue, or any other relevant signs. It's helpful to note the duration and intensity of these symptoms, and how they impact your daily life.
      It's also a good idea to mention any family history of fibromyalgia or related conditions and any treatments or lifestyle changes you've already tried. Being open and honest about your symptoms and concerns will help your doctor understand your situation and decide on the best course of action, whether that's further testing, referring you to a specialist, or discussing treatment options. Remember, you're advocating for your health, and it's okay to ask for help and clarification when you need it.

      @@tt_looking_glass thank you so much I brought up my symptoms I got meds for my vertigo and migraines as well as joint pain but he said just have to wait to see the rheumatologist

    • @tt_looking_glass
      @tt_looking_glass  2 місяці тому

      Seeing a rheumatologist is a big step in finding answers and help for fibromyalgia. I hope it doesn't take too long for you to see one. Keep me posted.

      @@tt_looking_glass I saw my rheumatologist Friday and he did a lot of blood work to rule out everything but he’s pretty confident that I have fibromyalgia and early on set arthritis because oh my hyper mobility in my joints

    • @tt_looking_glass
      @tt_looking_glass  2 місяці тому

      Getting a clear diagnosis can really help in managing symptoms more effectively, especially with something as complex as fibromyalgia coupled with early-onset arthritis. Hyper mobility can definitely complicate things, so it's good to hear your doctor is on top of it with extensive blood work. Hang in there, and I hope this leads to a treatment plan that brings you some relief soon.

      I hope the bath helped. I have been known for taking scalding hot baths! I do find it helps a lot. Filming sit-down videos does wear me out a lot but I love having those resources on my channel. I will stick with weekly vlogs for now (which are a bit more relaxed and easy to film) and add an extra video on the weeks I have a bit more energy.
