In this video you recommend removing duplicate property addresses and in the other one you recommended not removing it. Is there another factor that determines rather you check that box or not?

I recommend getting as much absentee data as you can..then upload it to www.REISift.io and manage data there and use it to make marketing campaigns. It will clean data up, then skip trace the clean data, thenbuplaod numbers back. Take records with numbers and cold call it. REISift check for vacant properties too. Filter by vacant and your absentee list , and mail those. Filter by vacant and with phone numbers and create separate cold.call campaign with those. Filter by vacant and no numbers and do what ever gotta do to contact those people..sending mail is good option. Just make sure filter by vacant mailing to NO ... So you don't mail to vacant mailing addresses and waste.money
