Looks like a cool site. I buy a lot of Vacant Land and lots of it has no access so this will help me call the neighbors to work it out. It will help me sell my land to the neighbors too. As well as buy up theirs as well. So many possibilities with good data.
I used another provider and compared with REIskip 2.0, REIskip is more accurate and faster to get skip traced back, and is cheaper than the other company, getting REIRail next week and plan landing first deal in the next month...Thanks Max

many owners are LLCs. and they use register agent's contact and address, then how do you find the owner's contact for LLCs? how much each call? what it mixed with landlines numbers. will the REIrail differentiate the difference or cell and landline?

I would say get straight to the point. Its a ton of things stealing peoples attention so when you have their attention for a second Its best to get to the point.

@Pure Raw NaNa next step is to stop wasting time! Since you know how wholesaling works, it's time for you to get started. Create your company. Find a title company that works with wholesalers. Ask them for a copy of the contracts they use (purchase and sale and assignment). Start finding sellers. Put their property under contract. Find buyers. Assign the contract to them. Take the purchase and sale agreement and the assignment agreement to your title company. Wait for closing. Get paid.

there should be a skip tracing service that also doubles as a CRM that can keep stats too.
