DIY low profile roof rack for Cherokee XJ, RTT

In this episode I fabricate a low profile roof rack for my roof top tent. To be able to reach the zipper and to fold out the tent - the rood rack needs to be flat. I use 30x30mm square steel tubing.

I've been researching the best way to build a low profile roof rack. So far I've removed all of the factory roof rack and you just answered my question on how to build the gutter clamps. Great job. What wall thickness did you use for the square tubing?

I think it was like 2.5mm (1/10”).
