Merry Christmas Kory, watching your channel 😊takes me back to when I was learning to ride, she seems like a really sweet horse. Still a little green, looks as though she just needs a lot of rides on her. She’s a keeper. I no longer ride because I have a brain aneurysm. It came very suddenly as did the stroke. I just told my husband that the only thing I wished to do before I die is to ride again. Not a stupid trail ride. A supervised session of just allowing me to feel the connection between human and horse. Thanks for listening, you’re doing great but you really need to loosen up, smile and they will follow.
Awesome Kory it’s so good that you are still popping up on UA-cam was worried we weren’t going to hear from you and that we wouldn’t get to see your fantastic horse handling skills. Wishing you all the best. 🤩🤩👏👏🇦🇺🇦🇺
I had a palamino horse 40 years ago. Rusty had not been ridden for a little over 6 months. I did lunging for a long time, and then put the saddle on. It was probably around 8 months before I felt comfortable enough to ride him. Have a great New Year, Kory.
That's kinda funny......about 50 years ago, I had a Palomino mare....named Rusty (papered name - "Rusty's Baby Doll") ! She was too unpredictable, very much a mare, so I didn't keep her for very long....but what a memory! Been keeping up with Kory and his gentle way of working with horses since watching his training sessions at Horse Plus.....it's good work he's doing. 🐴
Merry Christmas, Kory! A question: what diameter is your round pen? I am setting up a new stabling/ schooling area and would like to know what size your round pen is. Thanks so much!
thank you

@@cindyferguson8855 I hope you were able to get another horse. Mine help me a lot. I'm bipolar, so having Rusty was very helpful.

I have a 40’ round pen
Hi Kory. When you're tuning up horses, do you use your own saddle and bridle?
@@maxine7088 yes I do unless Otherwise requested or my saddle doesn’t fit
Very impossible to hear what you are saying
Could you try a voice over for us
Or maybe get a new microphone
I would love to hear the conversation
