I have said so many times and here's one more - you're my favorite horse trainer. You're a real horse whisperer. I'm still praying for you and your new business. You're a good man, Kory.
Kory, you are blessed in what you do when handling horses. I can see you succeeding in your new venture with your group of horses. They are lucky to have you. 🌏🌏🇦🇺🇦🇺
Good to see your business progressing, Kory. Your camera setup that captures the whole round pen seems to work quite well. If you have a chance, creating a daily chores video, along with a short video diary of the changes and improvements around your farm, would be of some interest to your viewers. You could also let us know if there’s anything you need.💙👍
I love how you mentioned letting the horse pick up the bit rather than cranking it up against the corners of their mouth. I did that with my dearly departed horse and the first thing my professional equestrian friend did when she tried out my horse was shorten the cheek pieces until the magic "two wrinkles" appeared. Imagine how that would feel, not to mention how arbitrary. Then you strap their mouth shut - appalling. It's great seeing your videos!
Kory, I am so glad you just appeared on my UA-cam channel. Of course, I subscribed! Congratulations to you and your beautiful wife on your new baby. See you on the next One 😅😂
I miss you at Horse Plus. Just Not the same. Hope training And the lesson program work Out for you. And I hope Caitlin And you can work it out. You are both lovely, gentle people. I Miss you both!
Would be great if you could do a short for each horse just reminding us all of their backgrounds then update individually every couple of weeks so week can get to know their personalities as well as their training, The video is so much better with the voiceover and don't be worried about everything you have to do in terms of the set up, we are here to watch your progress and love you are real about getting it all done in time, it is relatable to us.
Kory, where are the poles that bind? Your round pen is missing a few poles. When he does that, I find mounting on the right side helps. It has to do with the brain. Besides, there are going to be times on trail rides when the rider will have to mount on the right side to move on safely.
I think about that thing with the bit every time I see someone ride with the bit already pulling up on his mouth before they even start riding. How can you even say your using the bit to tell the horse something if it already hurting before you start! I hate bits, but if you have to have one , your idea is awesome!!!!👏😊
I bought a 4K action camera from campark for 70.00 Its a gopro wanna be and works really well, That with a chest strap and possible tripod setup might be something to look into once the round pen is moved
I have a question! I´m from Germany and we always (most of the time) have square arenas, 20 to 40 meters , sometimes to 60 meters. (Nowadays we have roundpens like you, too! ) There you can train or give lessons not just in a smal circle. Trainees can learn to walk a straight line, loping a horse is much easier and comfortable for them and the rider! Practicing a "run down" or a "stop" or a "lope change".( not sure about the right words, I hope you understand). How do you manage to practice that? I know a square outdoor arena costs more, but wouldn´t that be a better goal if you are already clearing that part in the back? Just paneling and working with the ground as it is for now and later, as the money allowes, putting sand in it? Great job with Stormy! You are very good!
You have such a lovely way with horses. Love watching this. So pleased that cockerel is now quiet!
Wonderful video. You are a natural horse trainer, Kory. I've missed see you. I look forward to your videos, they make my day better.
Love being able to watch you with horses again. I miss seeing you at horse plus. You are so natural and kind with them ❤️

@@toniboyle9809 well said I agree
Stormy is sure a handsome horse 🐎
Thankyou for taking the time to video the progress with stormy
I am very interested in how you are going to train stormy to stand still when you mount him.
Seems poor stormy just needs a little consistency with good manners 😊
He is very pretty!

It’s so tricky to figure out what they know and don’t know

Oh and facial injuries where ppl have face planted a hard fix object 😊
♥️🐎🐎🐎🐎♥️🙏🏻♥️
How do you handle walking them on the road when a big truck or farm equipment passes by?
I wish you guys would wear a hard hat …….just an old mum who is also a theatre nurse and seen loads of head injuries xxxxx
and wear a helmet,,P)
Tennessee walkers are very forward moving. Most begginers get scared because they don't understand that they are so forward moving.

I know he is gaited ….its very odd gait to watch lol its hard to tell if he is sound lol good luck kory doing a great job
I love watching you with the horses! Is Stormy lame on that left front leg? He seems to place it oddly at times.
I don’t believe so, he just seems awkward and needs to pick his feet up better
nice pen
awesome to see ya doin what you love,,move the camera closer tho maybe??
I have a question!

I have the panels for it, I just need to clear a spot for it
@@KoryO1994 Oh, then I didn´t understand you correctly! Great, if it is going to be a square one!!
@ I’m going to have an arena and a round pen
