I may have hated Burial at Sea for its massive toestepping into other entries and the flanderization of the world of Rapture BUT This is easily the most memorable part of the experience.

I liked burial at sea though, i didnt much care for the toestepping and rewrite of some of bioshock's orginal material but to get a look at rapture before its fall was just something i found absolutely wonderful
@@sevenseven7990what rewrite exactly? While I haven't played Bioshock 1 or 2 I know about the lore and approximate story of Bioshock 1. I thought Burial at sea 2 was a neat prequel to BS1. What is being retconned?
@@sevenseven7990 i think it was explained that the vigors could be made at 10 times the adam cost and thus weren't economical in Rapture. If you save a ton of adam at the low cost of a slight discomfort when administering it's worth it.
It’s moments like these that I wish that Atlas was exactly what he said he was: a valiant rebel fighting for the lower class majority of Rapture. Can you imagine how much cooler the games would have been if that were the case?
Honestly, I kinda want a bioshock game where you play as a lower class rebel, and have the story have you acend through rapture, and have the whole story be about you getting up to face Ryan, along with atlases help. Yea, I kinda hope a games based off something like your idea, mainly considering how infinite proves there's a infinite possibilities of worlds. And one where atlas has the purest goals, is fully possible
To be honest, it would feel a bit generic. Making Atlas another one of those "rebel vs corrupt government" characters. Making him a fake identity of a greedy rich man is a lot better. That being said, I would love to explore the "rebel leader" side of Atlas. Maybe in a prequel before his imprisonment in the department store, where we see him feeding his rebels, etc.
If the events of bioshock infinite are to be believed then there are an infinite number of this situation, always a man, always a lighthouse, always a city. There is a universe out there where the situation you want is a thing.
Least even making music and art a way to get money in rapture, Tex free as everything else, even as people make a buck or two in society even decades ago and today
