The power of a president, for the most part, is largely overrated. They don’t usually pass things they promise simply because they can’t secure the votes, for example. But one aspect that the president definitely has power in is how they project their opinion. Kamala has some terrible policies, but she would’ve gone through hell trying to pass any of them, so the damage she could’ve caused as president would’ve been pretty minimal. Trump, however, can & will say anything that comes to mind and wreak much more havoc than Harris ever could have, IMO.

I think most cars are made out of states while the fords are the highest selling I think most people buy from foreign dealerships or like personally owned ones. If we have those companies build in it in America it could improve truck driving, transportation services,more factories could be built for sure especially in Michigan or Texas they are moving factories to Mexico or Guatemala

the issue with that is that the companies who get a 20% tarriff would just increase their prices by 20% so they keep making the same amount of money and now the consumer has to pay extra for a product.
@ if u make sure u pay your workers right tho then that won’t be a problem that’s where u gotta make the correct check and balances to make sure businesses can’t take advantage of it plus if u lower taxes on the wealthy then more money for employees it all kinds fits into it
@@dabombvoyage2906 The wealthy already dont pay taxes. they pay themselves in stock options which arent tax deductable until they liquidate it, and then they just write off whatever they bought with the money as a tax expense so they technically made $0 according to IRS
If anything we need a capital gains tax that taxes you when you recieve stocks and when the value of stocks rise, and if the value of the stocks you have lower you could write that as a financial loss
