P.S. The test was not performed with the stock settings of the bafang motor. The Bafang motor has been reprogrammed and limited to 18A

i have a BBS02 with two batteries total 48.8 AH @ 52v. i have had many 80 mile rides @ 22-24 MPH peddling most of the time. big, heavy huffy with sturmey acher drums front and back, 3 speed. ridder 300lbs, bike 80 lbs. thats some work!
200 km not that difficult to get. I built my own eBike with the same 750 W motor and battery. I’ve done many 160 km+ trips. With the longest in one day 196 km. As for commuting this year I did eight 35 km trips on fresh legs each day for 283 km before I charged the battery.

20 amp/hr x 48v = 960 Watts/ hrs
Funny thing as a Flinstone's ride, but It does not describe a 750W motor capabilities in any way of daily use. You could just put it in your backpack or do the same thing on a 200W motor. I mean that the most of your journey you mostly pedalized and just used a motor assist at some slopes. Doing a simple math, even with current reduced to 18 Amps, you can barely drive an 1 hour at full power with your 48V 20Ah pack. To cover 140km you roughly need 7 hours at average speed of 20km/h. Let's imagine a miracle and divide it by, say, 3.... considering you still got a 40% of charge - That means you travelled roughly more than a 4.5 hours without a motor assistance at all. Just to info - I can't pass a 50km mark, before my 52V 20Ah pack cuts off. With a very decent pedalizing and moderate motor assistance (mostly upto 5 of 9 or less). And I'm not sure if reduction to 18A of current would have helped significantly. Otherwise it was a long and cool journey, anyway! GOOD LUCK, BUDDY, AND WISH YOU THE BEST ! 😜😜😜
I'm getting 66ah 52v Samsung battery bike runs about 50kg I also weigh 55kg I'm hoping to get 25km a hour around 250 km on a charge, any thoughts would be appreciated
I am feeling very sad for you, because 50km is the usual range of medium assist, like 5 or even 6 (for 1-9 mode setup) and this is true without any limits or config modifications and this is for 80kg man and heavy bike.

200km, Yes. And if you turn off the motor completely, you will have even more range than that. In reality a decent ride that is also FUN is around 55-65km for a 80kg man. If you just want to pedal and use some assistance, generally you dont need Bafang BBS motors

Новото видео със волтажа на батерията е вече заснето. До няколко дни ще го обработя и кача в канала...

Very interesting, judging by your average speed for the distance you were on a low level assist mode. Which level where you on and how many amps on that level?
I set general limit 18A. Other limit on each assistance you can view in my config file...
I use assistant level from 1-4. If dogs chase me, maybe 5-6 😁
I weight 220 pounds, so my range would be alot shorter, unless i could loose 50 pounds

My Bafang motor is so quiet, if i remove the music you will hear only the sound of the wind in my hair 😉
