I make Dolmades exactly like you, I’m fussy how I roll them, I like them to look nice & neat even in the pot The only thing I’ve never added was lemon & I love lemon on food ( my dad was from Karava) lots of lemons there. I ALWAYS have lemon on the table when we sit for dinner. I loved your dolmades & lovely seeing you make them ..another BIG THANKYOU Loulla mou XX

My mum use to cooked the mince meat with the onions, but I prefer the raw method, try them X
