Dude tighten the chain not replace it.... it's literally designed to stretch when breaking in lmao.... as a motorcycle mechanic. Don't replace the chain. Clean it with WD40 and scrub it then rinse with water. Let the chain dry completely before applying chain lube.
He's doing it for peace of mind he's riding around the world not back forth to Ur work place

No way. Get rid of that chain for a new one. I have a monkey and I was tightening that garbage OEM chain every week. The OEM chain is absolute crap.

Zip tie on chain? What was wrong with using the old split link to join them together? Also, I'd never consider putting a new chain on old sprocket, it wears your new chain prematurely, but hey, that's probably because I'm a mechanic, lol. Looking forward to your new adventure.

What luggage racks did you use to get the hard panniers mounted? Super sweet set up, just like a large ADV/Dual sport but in a tiny package!
