This is good advice for people bulking not loosing weight...for the people that are loosing weight fast from 9-2 go to the gym at 12 get your workout in on a fasted stomach get your protein source after your workout and then eat dinner and fast again very simple and make sure to eat high protein...it seems like he fails to mention that people have different goals so for the people that are already "big as hell" don't eat anything before working out you will ruin your fast ...an 0 cal energy drink is good enough ur not gonna die and you'll feel way better eating after your workout thank me later
What if I get up at 4:15am and start my workout @5am?? I usually just grab a Celsius 15 minutes before and a protine shake w/creatine within 30 minutes after workout. It's working well but I'm concerned I might be pulling from my lean muscle during my workout because no nutrition is in my body since the night before. Thoughts?? (I do Burn Boot Camp so it's Weights and Cardio or just weights) anyone comment BUT preferred from Video Host or someone with Nutrition/fitness education not just "bro science trust me"??? Thanks
@Paris yeah that's kind what I was wondering about, if there's kindof a "sweet spot" of when to eat before a workout. Not so soon that you're all bogged down, but not so long before that you don't get the extra energy. I'm somewhat new to this, so I'm trying to learn the right way to do it, to get the most bang for the buck so to speak.

Bad ingredients and processed sugar in that granola bar. Read those ingredients 👀. Greek yogurt is okay if it’s organic. Protein powders can be hard on the liver and plus it spiked blood sugar.

Bananas are the best energy source for training fr if it comes to fruits! Banana after the training can remarkably reduce muscle soreness better than any supplement could do it.
