I’m 64. I am a widow and my children are adults. I have been living alone for almost ten years now and I absolutely love it! I’m in the best place in my life, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I’m grateful for the family I have but I want to continue on as I am moving forward. Too many people have this idea that older women that are alone are to be pitied or something. They are so wrong!! I’m so content and would not trade places with anyone. Keep putting out these inspiring and realistic videos!

Thank you. Sometimes i get lazy too and that is why i do a 10 minute cleaning challenge, i set a timer for 10 minutes and clean as much as i can in 10 minutes and oftentimes it works 😀. Thanks so much for watching 👍😄
I watched a video before this about a British guy in his 50s who's married with 2 kids and 6 dogs, a house and a car. He's depressed, on therapy and meds. The difference between that and this vlog of a single 50 year-old single woman is astounding. You inspire me. ❤❤❤
It was just unfortunate that he's depressed, i hope he'll recover. We choose different paths and we also choose to be happy or not 🙂. Im so grateful for the internet because we get to see older single women thriving in life and the path they have chosen. Since bata pa ako, di ko balak mag asawa. Now in my 30s and NBSB, I'm open naman if may darating and marry in my terms but if wala, i also look forward to being single forever. I now know the journey would be less isolating. ❤
We all have different paths to take and no one should dictate where we want to go, ikaw lang dapat sa sarili at kung saan ka masaya dun ka, hehe...ganyan lang ka simple ang rule sa buhay, masyado lang natin kino complicate 😄😄. Thanks for watching
Beautiful tropical home..Love your knicknacks❤. It is not boring doing normal housework/ most of us like a clean home. My mother raised me to be a good homemaker...didn't much care until I was on my own. Be blessed.🙏
A couple years ago I started to de clutter as I try to be as minimal as possible and those knickknacks you saw were some of my favorites so I kept them. You're lucky that your Mother raised you to be a homemaker, our home is our sanctuary, so we keep it the way we want it, nice and clean. I am sorry to know that you just lost your husband. My sister also died last July 2023, it is sad but we can't do anything, life must go on. Living alone is okay as long as you take care of yourself and your health. 😀👍

At the beginning of the video, I thought it was in Colombia. The house resembles some traditional, big family houses. Then I read the comments and noticed it was the Philippines. So, even though the distance and different continents, we kept some heritage from the Spanish, so common in Latin American countries.

I just found your channel. I’m 59 taking care of my disabled husband and working full time. It’s nice to see someone else’s life and what they do . Do you have any hobbies you do?
2023 was very difficult for the family, my mother started to get sick in 2019 and i have to bring her often for medical check ups and sometimes she has to be hospitalized, i also worked full time at that time. Until i cannot anymore handle taking care of her while having a full time job and so i decided to retire in 2021. She passed away in March 2023. At that same time, my younger sister was also sick due to complications of breast cancer, I also took care of her a few months before she died because she did not want her children to see her health deteriorating. In short, they both died in the same year, only 4 months apart. The experience made me realize that life is short and we have to enjoy life while we can. God bless you for taking care of your disabled hubby. It's not easy i know. 🙂❤️

At the beginning of the video, I thought it was in Colombia. The house resembles some traditional, big family houses. Then I read the comments and noticed it was the Philippines. So, even though the distance and different continents, we kept some heritage from the Spanish, so common in Latin American countries.

I just found your channel. I’m 59 taking care of my disabled husband and working full time. It’s nice to see someone else’s life and what they do . Do you have any hobbies you do?
2023 was very difficult for the family, my mother started to get sick in 2019 and i have to bring her often for medical check ups and sometimes she has to be hospitalized, i also worked full time at that time. Until i cannot anymore handle taking care of her while having a full time job and so i decided to retire in 2021. She passed away in March 2023. At that same time, my younger sister was also sick due to complications of breast cancer, I also took care of her a few months before she died because she did not want her children to see her health deteriorating. In short, they both died in the same year, only 4 months apart. The experience made me realize that life is short and we have to enjoy life while we can. God bless you for taking care of your disabled hubby. It's not easy i know. 🙂❤️
