One more here🙂.Newbie after watching the snippet on IG and having followed Toni for sometime. Loving the conversation. I am Demi-Sexual. Literally Mindblown! Communication, Intentionality and Healing from past relationships requires a break from past trauma and that works well by taking a break from any relationship. When we argue, the goal is to find a resolution. Wow Loved this episode!
41:30 The way she peeped at him after her statement is not a good look of their relationship 😂. She kind of sound like she settled for him because her options kept dwindling and her preferences wanted her to be a tradwife but she was too much of an independent woman so she tagged them intimidated. Her body language was off.
Paul, I have followed you for years, and I'm glad to see you in the podcast space. You are needed here. Your interviewing skills show how much of an excellent communicator you are.
Paul, thanks for explaining, demisexual. I now know I am demisexual. I have only had long distance relationship since I was 19 years old, the longest lasted 8 years because I saw some red flags when we couldn't agree on marriage after 5 years engagement. I was married for 14 years but always seems to be carrying the burden of responsibility in London. Now I met a wonderful man in Florida 3 years now, engaged 1 year and have had no argument, we have had disagreements but when we talk about it we understand why the other thought that way and things are easily resolved. Even where we are going to be finally living when the time comes. We are closer to retirement so petty arguments are not worth dwelling on. However, being from a Charismatic Pentecostal faith has me holding back because he has not taken his water baptism even though he attends church and his faith in God is very strong. I'd hate to waste his time and mine because of this issue. Could you please help me to see beyond this matter? I've asked him and he said he hasn't seen any church he want to be an active member in because of past experience. When I'm in the States he takes me to church he visits but their teachings are not what we believe but their fellowship is really lovely.
I love when she said.....confidant woman is a filter itself. Filter out men who Likely have toxic traits & ego issues. When i understood & accepted that, i was ok not being approached
@diarosez I agree to an extent. Especially the bold narcissist. Not for all of them. However, they don't hide well and obvious to spot since they are selfish & self absorbed.

So far here’s what I learnt: Invest in yourself. Be that person you wish you to see in others. There’s nothing as beautiful as knowing you have flaws and others do too but giving yourself the grace to improve and heal is all you need. We all want to experience the love story of our dreams but the question is, are you really that man or woman in your story? Don’t go into relationships with unhealed trauma so we can stop damaging healed minds. And lastly, I love their conflict resolution style, which I find brilliant considering they’ve were into LDR. I hope we all get to experience the love stories we want and imagine, wholesome and pure. Thank you Paul, I’m definitely staying glued to this channel!😊
As a first born daughter from a West African background I’m so glad she found her soulmate, I can relate and have been inspired so much from her wisdom. Taiwo is so awoke. She’s a blessing to him and he is for her. A great example of a fruitful relationship. Everything in this footage is a gem. 💎 ❤
@yvonneoshevwe2334 41:30 The way she peeped at him after her statement is not a good look of their relationship 😂. She kind of acting, and not being real😂
Loved this entire interview. They are so geniune and authentic. Amazing how they worked through long distance relationships especially at a time when social media connections gives options not within your immediate vacinity. Requires special attention and consideration for each other. They mention very important ingredients needed for a strong foundation in a relationship. ❤
Here for our sis Toni and soon to be brother Taiwo. Toni really deserves everything good. She has leveled us up in soo many ways by her content. Personally, as a firstborn daughter she's been soo instrumental!!
In the Nigerian/Yoruba culture, his name means he’s a twin, and there are names for twins. I read, they have the highest set of twins in the world. So, the previous commenter spelled the actual name correctly. Not doing your homework about other cultures is not demure.
This was a really great interview. The questions, the flow, the breakaway segments explaining a word, major shout out to the interviewer, very professional journalism!
Finally being loved the right way or when your partner is 'out loving' you, it truly feels like an anti-venom coursing through your body🥺🥺🥺. It feels so strange, but so good. May our bodies be flushed with good love. Thank you to chocolate and caramel for sharing themselves with us.
Gorgeous couple not just looks, but the more important things on their communication style and appreciation for each other, a lot of Tawo sayings are also very beautiful, wishing them the best 🙌🏾 love wins 👌🏾
I ended this episode almost in tears. I could see things differently and it made me question my decisions in past relationships. I am definitely leaving this…packed. Thank you so much for this.
It’s truly refreshing to see people who share a similar, grounded mindset😍 In a world so filled with shallow, struggle love and confused perspectives, those with simple, healed, and balanced common sense often stand out as “difficult.” I absolutely loved everything about Toni and Taiwo’s episode😊 May God bless their relationship, granting them wisdom and understanding to support each other in every way they need😊
This spoke to me! I was also in a relationship with someone who had an avoidant attachment style and I constantly sought his approval and second guessed myself. I see those behaviors showing up in my new relationship and I am doing my work in counseling to reverse those behaviors. I've always been a confident woman and it's been quite enlightening to see how a partner can change your attachment style. If you don't fee secure in the relationship, you will start to show up anxious. If you have never heard of attachment styles, look them up - so eye opening! Thank you for having this discussion so openly.
I agree that learning the different attachment styles is vital. Just had to gracefully walk away from an avoidant... to much of an emotional roller coaster for me.
This is the most wholesome interaction I have watched, honestly!!! A friend recommended this and I’m so grateful he did! I have learn a whole lot! Two many lessons, can’t even pick one that stood out for me! But I’ll say it’s the part where she she got emotional while explaining how confident she is about Taiwo’s love for her. Beautiful!!! Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.
its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let him go i did all i could to get him back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring him back
Why did she leave you? Was it because she was putting everything into you but you weren't focusing on what actually made her happy? Happy people don't leave relationships.
The questions are phenomenal. The interviewer is so present and the guests clearly feel so comfortable. Not sure about these intermission segments though…where we are spoon fed the obvious. I follow both of them and literally so incredibly happy for them both. Two beautiful, bright, humans blessing others with their love and how they honor themselves and each other❤❤❤
This episode is a gem. It is enlightening, light, fun and just soul-soothing. I'm a skeptic but in the same breath I love observing love and seeing people like these two warmed my heart. I wish nothing but the very best for this couple. The world needs more unions like this because great things are born from it.
What a wholesome conversation. Thank you for sharing your love insights with us. As a single in the UK, it means a lot and quite reassuring that not settling is not the same as being difficult

I had the exact conversation 2 days ago, with my long distance partner, about making sure we make up (when we have disagreements) before either of us go to sleep that day! Communication is so key when you’re apart, these two give us hope for our relationship ✨🤍
For the Host: The way you handled the entire convo, it's so interesting. Your style of articulating is unique and not to mention the times you paused to explain to us some terms. You're literally educating us and I'm literally learning. Thank you Sir. For the Couple: From where I'm sitting right now, I feel your authenticity. You mentioned how "it is better offline than what we see online" and I believe that. This is so good, it can ONLY be God. The same God who started it, will take it until forevermore. P.s: "You" is mentioned in the second paragraph because it's referring to the couple as one as " the two have become one"
I absolutely loved watching this . I laughed out loudddd at the Tinder Swindler part. This reminded me about my incredible relationship and how we also made long distance work. You both are amazing and the host was great. Incredible interview 🎉
I remember discovering I was demi sexual from a young age , in adulthood I gave in to the peer pressure of being sexual which I regretted deeply as I always left feeling empty but now I stand proud in knowing who I am and not letting the idea of being a woman being dictated of being a sexual object. Love this , really inspiring and relatable - need more strong black women who are nuanced and doesn’t necessarily epitomise what Sexyred preaches - nothing wrong with that too but I’m enjoying this a lot

I love their response to the biggest misconception about their relationship. I believe their love for each other is real because of what they say/do compared to some other online couples
I love the way you explain after each segment of their discussion. It takes a lot of work to discover yourself to be a great partner. It's worth the time and effort to become the best person you can be.
Thank you all. This was a beautiful conversation. Ms Toni Tone, I carry the weight. My mom won’t apologize ever. She has made it very clear. I carry on, but the weight …
I think this has to be one of the major issues with young men, The need to be successful before finding a partner. I don't know if it's the fear of rejection or it's just a our sense of responsibility but He answered that beautifully.
im in love with this conversation and these two in particular will definitely look into them but I feel like the title doesn't do this myriad of a podcast justice
Wow, big hit for me was validating that I truly was a secure woman when I started a relationship with an insecure man who in turn made me anxiously attracted. I just analyzed my last situationship with another highly insecure man who could not handle conflict otlr showing up for uncomfortable conversations to progress our relationship and he opted to blow up the bridge and dump text me. The interview was really great but the host should allow the visitors to talk more instead of cutting them off Everytime. We want to fully hear their journey ❤
I really enjoyed this episode and many moments brought me to tears. It's always beautiful when a person finds their person. Paul you did such a great job with this conversation!
The Interview I needed💯💯💯🙌🏾🙌🏾✍🏾✍🏾❤️ I am completely in awe and desensitized! Attractiveness is NOT synonymous with Infidelity #eyeopener in my past relationships 👀 Thank you @tonitone and Taiwo for sharing your Life experiences with vulnerability and authenticity, we are better because of your Contribution/ Service to Humanity May God be glorified in your Marital Destiny 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Watching this captivating video stirs up painful memories of the recent end of my 4 year relationship. My beloved partner chose to depart, leaving me with an unyielding ache. Despite my relentless efforts to reconcile, I find myself grappling with frustration and an inability to envision a future without him. Despite attempts to purge him from my mind, I remain haunted by his absence, feeling compelled to express my longing here.
It's hard to say goodbye to someone you love; I experienced this when my 12-year relationship ended. However, I couldn't just let him go; instead, I tried everything to win him back. Eventually, I turned to a spiritual counsellor for assistance, and he was able to help me win him back.
Thank you for this valuable information, i just looked him up now online. impressive Wow I just looked Father Obah Eze on the net he’s very legit thanks once again ❤
There is so much fairness and kindness to each other. I love their love, and it validated so many insights I recently (last 2/3 years) came into. Thank you, Paul, you are such an honorable host. This is my first of your sessions and I have 100% subscribed!

The interview was really great but the host should allow the visitors to talk more instead of cutting them off Everytime. We want to fully hear their journey ❤

Interesting! How did you locate a spiritual counsellor, and how can I get in touch with him most effectively?
His name is Father Obah Eze, and he is a great spiritual counselor who can bring back your ex.
he is father obah eze, he has great powers, he can help you.
